Welcome to Our House

The moment we enter the Celeborn's house, kids come running up. Henry introduces all of them and I recognize most of them from last night. They go in this order from oldest to youngest - Scarlet, Henry, Abe, Sandra, Rosemary, Clarence, Ruth and finally Sherman. I learn that Sherman is 5, Ruth is 9, Rosemary is 11, Sandra and Abe are twins, both 14 and the Scarlet is 20, well Henry is my age. 17. The Celeborn parents are Mary and Winston.

They both grew up with my mother and are extremely worried about my mother. But my mom was right. They take good care of me and of course let me into their house. Scarlet is home because I learn that elves have never and will never ever go to college, and she says of course I can have some of her clothes to sleep in. Mary and Winston say I can stay there for as long as I would like, seeing as my mother is missing and I have nothing to wear but the clothes I was wearing right at that minute.

Seeing as it is 6:30 on a Tuesday, we eat dinner and then go and get into pajamas' to get ready for bed. Scarlet takes me to her closet and I take some clothes she doesn't want anymore. I find out I'll be sleeping on the floor in Henry's room, since we are the same age. We say good night to each other around 9:30. I don't sleep much better tonight than I did last night. Around 2:30, I think I feel Henry come join me on the floor for some reason. I feel his arms go around me and he hugs me to his chest. I relax and go back to sleep. Sometime in the morning, an alarm goes off. It wakes me up and I find Henry's arms still around my chest. I gently push him to wake him up and he looks embarrassed that I found him doing it.

"I only did that so that I could make sure you were safe. I heard you had a nightmare during the night and I felt bad."

"It's fine really. I have never slept that good in years. Thank you."
