The Neverending Chapters (A Word Of Advice ~ 4)
Never will you see it coming
Never will you speed to the end
Never will you understand so quickly
Why it keeps happening and happening again
Or why it does not
One day is good
Another is bad
One moment means so much
Another challenges the mind
Evolving
Growing
Changing
Fearing
The cycle of restarting
And rebuilding
And renewing
There is no unfeeling
It is real
It is painful
It is...okay
Progression's beyond a single session
God knows what He created
We slip up
We fess up
We cry hard
And try to make up
Needs to be different than how it was
Even if it feels better just to stay stuck
Need to learn
Need to burn
Need to churn
Then make the turn
That is how we complete a chapter
And begin a new one that surpasses that.
Growing pains are lively gains. Whenever we try to become a new version of ourselves, it doesn't work. Not without God being the One to lead us. Not without Him changing what we didn't think needed to be changed. Learning never stops. To move forward does not mean becoming stagnant after 'enough has happened'. Godly reliance and continuous effort is essential for greatness. Because He knows who we truly are, and it is by His call that our journey can be complete.
