Gal Is Drowning

She has gotten used to bad nights. Hell, bad days were her forte.

But tonight, no. She hated it.

No one had to mention to her that, indeed, she just had her first panic attack, and the last person she wanted to see while on that condition was the one person who helped her get through it. Gal Ryder couldn't help but wish to crawl under the chairs and stay hidden.

She had not tasted the food yet, not when she was sure she could taste tears in her mouth. Ask her when she started to cry, and she would tell you she had no idea.

Embarrassed?

Maybe.

Shocked?

Absolutely.

After Jordan walked to them and found them in a very complicated position, he said they were weird. By powers, she never knew Sheryl had, she had heard Sheryl telling Jordan to go and serve himself and that they were joining.

"Okay." That was Jordan's answer.

"Gal, why aren't you eating?"

"Gal!"
