Sean’s suddenly grim face appeared behind her and she glanced at his reflection in the mirror. “This isn’t over yet, Ms. O’Grady. We haven’t caught him.”

The smile fell off of her face. She looked down at her hands “Yeah, I guess you’re right.”

They both heard a knock on the door. Sean answered it, but from the look he gave Jennifer, he felt silly answering a door to a ladies room.

“They’ve caught someone matching the description of the man you’re looking for,” the officer informed Sean.

The detective gave him some orders and turned back to Jennifer.

“I heard. What now?” she asked.

“You’re going home in a patrol car, while I sort this out.”

“Okay. I guess if you’ve caught him, I’m safe.”
