Lillian stayed in the cottage that was protected by a barrier that people couldn't see it or even enter like something was blocking them physically and mentally from being able to pass through that area.

Lillian spent her time doing hobbies that was refining her powers so she could become stronger, she was standing at the edge of the forest looking over at the garden that started to look worse over the years as the flowers and trees was slowly dying. Lillian heard laughter as she watched a young girl running around with a few pixies that was giggling while playing with the girl. A tree folk walks up beside Lillian then sighs when it looks at the garden.

" what's your problem today " Lillian said while she kept her eyes on the girl that had cat like eyes and long dark brown hair that was flowing down her back. The girl had amber colored eyes just like her mother that made Lillian feel a type of way that she couldn't understand why she would want or need to have a demon protect her daughter when the woman was powerful enough to wipe out half this world.

" this place is corrupted... something is feeding on the life of everything here even the humans in this kingdom, the king has fallen Ill and the Queen also scares all of us we are planning on leaving. A few of the pixies are trying to figure out how to get the princess to come along or to ask the Queen to let them take her beyond the broken forest." Rames said watching the pixies now braiding the girls hair, he looks over seeing the Queen staring over at them and he flinches when their eyes meet.

Lillian noticed the change in Rames when she feels a cold and deadly Aura over them as she snaps her head in the Queens direction, Rames slowly backed his way into the forest disappearing into the trees. The pixies was holding onto the princess as they were shaking with fear as the Queen walks her way over to them, with a flip of her wrist a strong wind pushes the pixies away from the girl who gasps and holds her arms wide in a protective manner blocking the pixies on the ground.

Queen Adriana rolls her eyes at her daughter then snaps her eyes toward Lillian who is still watching with her tail flicking from side to side while watching the two, she can still feel that Adriana is still there even though it's weak.

(" what is happening to her and why make me stay here...hell it's been over twelve years the girl will be eighteen in a couple weeks.") Lillian thought to herself she has watched the little toad grow up and she cannot stand the toad, she has always had a crush on Adrian and has loved her for years.

" Calista stop playing with these retched things then get ready for your lessons, you have a week and a half to prepare to meet the other kingdoms royalty." Adrian said, Calista huffed then watches her pixie friends fly off while walking by her mother with a glare.

Lillian chuckled shaking her head when she looks back up, both women are gone from the garden and then she feels a arm snake around her waist from behind her. Lillian knows it's Adrian by her scent and Aura, she turns around hugging the black haired beauty who smiles while Lillian wraps her arms around Adrian's neck and she kisses her lips with a peck then smirks at her.

" Lillian we talked about this...I had a mate that we all usually find when we hit Eighteen and you just have not found yours yet. I promise that they are out there maybe they have not hit the age yet or not born yet." Adrian said while rubbing her hands on Lillians sides, she kisses Lillians forehead then holds the hand that has the red ruby storage ring on her hand as she transfers items over to Lillians ring.

" you've become ten times stronger since you've been here, but it's not enough to protect her and yourself and the items I've given you will make you strong enough to even combat me...promise me when she hits eighteen that you will take her and leave at midnight when she turns eighteen, I will no longer see her as my daughter but as a enemy and others will want her to make them stronger by taking her life." Adrian said hugging Lillian tightly while resting her face in Lillians neck.

" I wish that you was my mate I really do, I love you Lillian please don't hate me for what I am to become and keep her safe for me." Adrian said as she passionately kisses Lillian as they both moan into the kiss, Lillian was deepening their kiss and Adriana eyes start glowing while her nails start to extend. Lillian started to feel weak into the kiss and not in a good way, she felt sharp pain in her back as warm blood started to trickle down her back and she finally managed to push Adriana away from her. Lillian was paler than normal as she swayed on her feet, Adriana shakes her head as her nails go back to normal and so does her eyes while she steps forward helping Lillian.

" I'm sorry Lillian...this is why I can't be with you I'll just end up eating you since you have both abundance of yin and yang energy not to mention your lust demon is intersex." Adriana said healing the large gashes she put in Lillians sides as a sad look flashed across her face, she does love Lillian but she is a danger to her that's why years ago she had to leave her until she needed the Alpha demon to protect her child from herself and Calistas real father who is royalty of another race. Adriana was the one who sent soldiers after Lillian with a way to catch the demon, she gave them all strict orders not to harm her and the one guard in the prison would beat her so Adriana let Lillian kill him.

" I dought that Calista will find her mate at the ball, the council of the kingdom wants her to be married off to one of the princes to benefit the kingdom. That won't happen since you'll take her the minute it hits her birthday, I also have a pegasus for you to use when you flee not even I can control or track....don't let her near me if you run into me or I try to get to her, I need you to fight me with everything and get the hell out of here." Adriana said gently kissing Lillian again then smiles sadly at Lillian.

" I promise I'll take her and I won't let nothing happen to her" Lillian said hugging Adriana again, in the castle Calista was staring out the window at her mom and this woman who she has seen her whole life.

Anger rose in her as she clenches her fist and wanted to walk away but couldn't take her eyes of of them, she also couldn't understand why she was mad seeing them hug and since she can remember she has always kept her eyes on the red haired woman who is beautiful.

A elderly woman was standing at the door with a long ruler watching Calista and clears her throat as she stares daggers at the princess who looks over at her, the woman sneered at her as she watches the girl make her way toward her.

The woman swallowed down her anger when the girl comes into the room, Calista was thinking about ditching but got caught up watching the two outside and a part of her wanted someone to see her mother. Another part was scared that the crimson red haired woman would get hurt or possibly put to death so she entered the room without making a fuss so the old hag wouldn't see them.

Adriana and Lillian held each other for a while while talking things over like this was the last time they'd be able to have together like this, with a few more kisses that Adriana knew that she could never love someone anymore not like the others can. Her thirst is what would win in this battle, she loves Lillian and wants her friend to find her mate or someone who will love her since all she would end up doing is feeding off of her and killing her.
