When her wound was cleaned and covered, Merrylia set to work. We tied the two men on chairs and placed them inside the interrogation room. Uncle Angus left and went to grab a bucket of cold water that we decided to use as a wake up call.
Everything inside the interrogation room could be heard outside, even the shallow breathing of the men as they sat unconscious.
"We'll wait for five minutes. If they don't wake up by then, dump the water on them."
Merrylia sat on the chair with her back ramrod straight as she observed the men inside.
This is not the first time that I would be lending a hand on an interrogation. Back in the military, I've encountered terrorists and helped parting their lips for information. My job was either getting the words out of their mouth or listening on the other side.
