Ch. 90 Evil Spirit

For a soul master, absorbing the soul power of slain monsters was essential to increasing their attributes. Usually, they would experience an increase in soul power or attribute strength. Experiencing an overall attribute upgrade was a scarce magical thing but not impossible for an immortal master.

What they absorbed wasn't a mere soul power of the beast but high-level monster core pills. Of course, the strength at each rank increased drastically. Usually, only two to three levels up, but this was the first time they had heard of an immortal master rising seven levels after absorbing a core pill.

"Zac Zac," only Arine called the oldest brother of this group by an endearment name. "You can't lie to us. No history says one can advance seven levels at once after absorbing a core pill."
