As time goes by, a forbidden attraction begins to bloom between them. But just as passion ignites, a dangerous secret is revealed that threatens to shatter everything they’ve built Meanwhile, in the shadows of Valeria, a powerful enemy lurks in the dark, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. --- EXCERPT --- Azrael’s gaze burned into Elysia, his lips curving into a wicked smile as he closed the distance between them. His fingers, firm but teasing, gripped her waist, pulling her against his body. “Do you know what happens to those who defy me, little pet?” His voice was low, dripping with dark amusement. He leaned down, his lips hovering just above hers, close enough for her to feel his breath but not close enough to touch. “They beg.”Elysia’s pulse quickened, her breath catching as her body betrayed the fear melting into something far more dangerous. Her lips parted, but no words came out. "You're mine, Elysia, I will burn the world for you." She heard him say in a low growl, making her legs tremble more.

Are You Jealous?

The three men were seated in the dining room having a discussion after a hearty brunch. "A man came to see me. He claimed his parents were neighbors of Cassandra and her brother," Azrael began. "He mentioned that the woman did indeed have a son, and his name is Lucan."

Sevastian and Rohan exchanged a quick glance, their expressions a mix of shock and confusion, before turning back to the King. "Lucan? The same Lucan?" Sevastian asked, his voice laced with disbelief.

"Unfortunately, yes—the same Lucan," Azrael said, his tone dark as he toyed with the goblet in his hand. "I need to find out where he's staying. That way, I can take him down before he even sees it coming."

Rohan's brows furrowed in thought. "That is... unexpected. But does he still reside in his late mother's house?" he asked, a hint of concern in his voice.
