83 Justice League's Loosing Battles.

Ever since Maulketh arrived in this new reality, those who were linked to him back home had been having rapid rises in power. That was especially apparent for Astrid and Celestine who still had a soul link to him as his familiars.

Every time Maulketh rose in strength, the stronger connection was becoming. Even Runeas, Rias, and Valina who just had some of his blood began to feel the effects. To them, only a few days had passed, but whatever Maulketh was doing was happening several times over.

And they were not the only ones, all those who had Blessed him in the past began to feel the link toward him growing ever stronger. Ares who had the closest connection to him and was currently acting Regent of Maulketh territory was sitting on his Divine Throne.

His eyes were closed as he lightly dozed off, but his hand instinctively went over his chest. He opened his eyes as he felt the weak link he had to Maulketh instantly become many times stronger.

He was not the only one, as Great Red, Ophis, and Shiva all felt their links become solid. Through those links, the Concept of Tyranny began to lock onto Maulketh's home dimension.

And while their links became stronger, the 'nerds' as Ares called them were hard at work. Azazel, Beelzebub, Hephestus, the best mages and researchers along with the best dwarven blacksmiths were hard at work studying dimensions with help from Ophis.

Her Concept of Infinity was the best for the job and through her supplied energy, they were quickly progressing their knowledge on Dimensional Travel. She was using her own link to Maulketh as a general area, but the process was slow.

They all stood over a giant gate they had crafted which Ophis powered with her own Concept. Azazel checked the enchantments while the dwarves made sure the metal of the gate was holding. Hephestus had made use of the Dragon Forge that still burned from Maulketh's flames to forge the metal ensuring it was strong.

Meanwhile, Beelzebub made sure that the fuel cells were not burning up from the Concept of Infinity. Ophis closed her eyes as she focused on the connection she shared with Maulketh. Her Concept and Maulketh began to send out tendrils through their link before they found each other.

When both Concepts linked up, Ophis and Maulketh both felt that. Using that connection Maulketh spoke.

'Ophis?'

Ophis felt so much relief and happiness at finally speaking to him again.

'Yes. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it.'

'Noted.'

Ophis knew that they could talk later so she focused back on what they were doing.

"Got a link with him and strong."

Ophis used the link they had between their Concepts to activate the gate. The liquid Infinity they had gathered began to be drained rapidly as the Dimensional Gate began to open. Everyone made sure that nothing was going wrong as Dimensional Reasserch was never easy.

As the gate powered open, no one went inside. First, they brought over a human criminal who was to be killed anyway. He was tossed inside the gate after having several tracking methods on him.

As the criminal was tossed over, he landed on solid ground past the gate. The Criminal opened his eyes and looked around him. He was still alive so the air was breathable. He appeared inside of a forest or something similar so he stood up and began to run away to try to live.

But a Spear of Light emerged from the gate and stabbed through his chest killing him. Azazel stepped through the gate as he looked around. The first thing he checked was mana and there was mana in the atmosphere, but not much.

The trees seemed to be regular Oak trees, the dirt was dirt, and the grass was pretty normal.

"Ok, I don't think we got the right place."

Ophis stuck her head out of the gate and searched the entire planet. No Maulketh, but she something.

'Hogwarts? Wizards, and stuff.'

She pulled her head back into the gate as Azazel was curious about this new world. When she pulled her head back into the gate she turned to everyone else.

"Wrong place."

When Azazel came back from the gate he had some ideas.

"This is a new dimension, somewhere we know nothing about. We should make use of it. I say we build a permanent gate to this place until we can learn everything this place has to offer."

Hephestus thought that idea was not bad, but they should not spend too much time on it.

"If that was our goal then yes, but we are searching for the master. We should not waste time with other Dimensions until he is returned to us."

Beelzebub was very curious about this place though.

"I get that, but we could find something useful to our needs here."

Ophis who was the one who supplied the energy made up her mind.

"Make a permanent gate to this world and do with it what you want. Until that is done, this gate shall remain open. Conquer it or anything else you want."

The Fate of this small dimension was decided. It would be conquered and all it's knowledge and resources taken for Maulketh's Dragon Empire.

--

As for Maulketh himself, he opened his eyes as he felt the changes done in his body. Wonder Woman's heritage has an Amazon and an Old God were spliced into Maulketh's Draconian Physique bringing his strength to new heights.

Meanwhile, Shazam's blood which contained traces of several Divine beings was also useful. When the changes were done, he felt qualitatively different. But before he did anything else he made sure to scan his body to make sure he did not have any instability.

His Concept gave him a clear sign that nothing was wrong.

'Good.'

He knew that soon he would need a period of time to train all these new powers, but it could wait. For the moment he watched as the other Lords got done with their fights. Captain Atom became Leagues stronger by drawing on the Quantum Field allowing him to create matter, fight on par with the Demon Lord and even match it in strength.

That allowed him to still continue to fight as his skin was almost immune to most magic. Void Energy though did the trick to get past him. As for the Eagle, it managed to eventually fully defeat, the Hawk heroes, but Green Lantern actually choose to flee.

'Smart.'

Maulketh was never one to leave things fester.

'Grimnar, bring him.'

The dog flew into the sky intending to do just that. The Shadow Dragon defeated both of his opponents, and the Hellfire wolf ignored the flash and focused on Firestorm who was eventually also defeated.

As for the Flash, he had his legs burned to a crisp before he too was brought to Maulketh's feet surrounded by his guards. The only fight still happening was between Atom, and Doctor Fate who was winning.

The King began to grow not angrier and calmer. He had fought countless thousands of battles to get where he was now and this one was no different from all of those. His Domain spread through the entire Soul Marble that was weakening.

Through it, he was landing brutal blows on Doctor Fate, but the damage he did cause was healing. As for Doctor Fate, he was drawing on not all of his power, but a big chunk and he had yet to win.

Most minor magics he used had no effect because of the higher concentration of Void Energy. As such he had to use much stronger spells to get past that, and even if he did that the Divine Energy that made up the King would recover.

As such, this battle was a stalemate that would be decided by who was the first to tire. The King opened his mouth and a massive blast of as much Void Energy as the King could control.

The dark corrosive energy blasted toward Fate who instantly felt danger. He tried to dodge, but the Domain and Soul Marble Combo made sure all attacks were almost guaranteed to hit.

Fate dodged to the side to avoid the blast, but the Void Energy seemed to track him like a snake. As for the King, he fell on his front legs as he was panting. Void Energy was hard to use for and he had used a lot.

'GET UP!'

He flapped his wings and got to his feet again as he felt his reserves of the stuff begin to recover. As for Fate, he drew on more power from Nabu and crafted magical constructs and shields to hold the Energy at bay if even for a moment.

Once that was achieved he opened a Dimensional Portal into which the Void Energy entered. He sent it towards a Dimension where no life existed which caused the King to squint his 6 eyes.

"Strong. You are strong I will give you that."

"The might of the Lords of Order, now face my power."

Nabu sent more power into his hoast, Kent Nelson as he stopped holding back. The King felt his Soul Marble being dispelled as his eyes went wide open. He realized that Fate was truly a threat that would take Maulketh to deal with.

He could not win on his own, but he was never arrogant. He closed his eyes and focused on his blessing which fired to life.

'Lord Maulketh I have failed, I ask for your power this time.'

His voice was full of shame as he had failed in defeating Dr. Fate on his own. However, when the King heard the voice of his Lord, he did not feel that anymore.

'There is no need to be ashamed. You have more than proven your power as Fate is a foe that I consider strong. For now, my power is yours to use.'

The King through the Blessing began to draw on Maulketh's vast powers. Black Lightning, Fire, Water, Ice, Poisons, Acids, and Wind began to rage off his body. The Soul Marble became much stronger, and his Void Energy reserves began to rise and that was not all.

The Concept of Tyrrany descended on his body as his strength began to rise temporarily as he drew power from his god. This was borrowed power, but Kent Nelson the hoast of Nabu was doing the same.

Dr. Fate raised his hands as he looked down at the King.

"Face the power of Nabu, the strongest Lord of Order. Let this be a warning to your master Beast."

The King grinned as his massive sabers darkened and his 6 eyes became draconic slits. The metal that made up his body began to harden as he flew into the sky. Maulketh's Divine Energy began to flow through him as his blessed ones drew on his power.

"Nabu, Lord of Order you face just a fraction of Lord Maulketh's vast power. Remember this well. Your lot shall feed him."

With a roar his Empowered Domain erupted from his body and the Soul Marble fired to life. Now containing small traces of the Concept of Tyranny began to flow through both making any magic not coming from the King impossible to use.

Yet Nabu seemed to do it anyway just with more difficulty than normal. With more power on hand, Nabu waved his hand as giant chains tried to wrap around the King. Chains that were bigger than a continent.

But the King's empowered Domain burst out with Void Energy destroying them. Through the Soul Marble. Through the Soul Marble, Tyrranical Lightning, and Fire blasted toward Fate, who had more trouble with these.

He waved his hand and counter-attacked them with his own. But before the fight progressed further, the King spoke.

"Divide Booster."

Instantly Fate felt some of his power be drained away and the King's own strength double. Unlike Maulketh who could use this power to the fullest, the King was limited to how many times he could use it.

But it should be enough to deal with at least the hoast of Nabu, the frail and elderly Kent Nelson.

(Out of all of the Justice League, Fate in my book is one of the strongest.)
