Chapter 14

Daniel woke up a few hours later in the med bay on one of the worst beds he had ever been on that's good you're awake K said what happened? Daniel asked you throw yourself at a wall you moron Simon said with a grin on his face k clipped Simons's ear then explained what happened.

After K had finished explaining what had happened Daniel Took a deep breath before breathing out "so what's next" asked Daniel before K could say anything the Headmaster walked into Med-bay " I may have a solution to your problem" said the headmaster he then pulls a device about the size of a clam shell out of his pocket"this little beauty here is a power seal and battery it has multiple different setting ranging from zero power to full powers this artefact is primarily used to seal dangerous prisoners for transport but I believe it can help you temporarily until you have conditioned your body to handle the power you now have what I recommend is turning the setting down to low and slowly ramping up what you can do until you are at your full power so what do you think" said the headmaster " that may work we will need to monitor him and make sure nothing goes wrong" said K "what about the battery I'm assuming that it will leach power from me to make the artefacts work" ask Daniel "yes the battery is filled from the excess power that you will need to funnel into it each day" the headmaster answered"ok let's do this" Daniel exclaims.

Placing the artefact on to his abdomen he immediately felt himself felling weaker "it working" said Daniel "all of his reading look stable everything is looking good I will keep an eye on the read out " said K "now then let's get to the conditioning" K said with a evil grin on his face.

Slowly over the next 9 months Daniel and K spent hours every day working himself to near exhaustion, but slowly but surly he felt himself getting stronger. Each month an evaluation of his progress was done and the dial was turned (metaphorically speaking) to release more of the power sealed inside him. "It looks like your almost there"said K

"Yes I haven't been felling tired when use my powers for a while now" said Daniel "good looks like you won't need the artefact soon" said K, smiling happily Daniel nodded before he began his warm up.
