Paige woke up with the feel of warm sheets around her and she stretched out and thought of all the crazy things that had happened recently, her head pounded with everything. Why couldn't Carol just accept her? Humans … werewolves isn't loved just love. She shook her head to stop herself from thinking to much, overthinking was her go-to when she was unsure. She rolled over and saw an adorable cupcake sitting on Jaxson's side, he was quietly reading a book. She just watched him for a while.
"Morning cupcake."
"Pretty sister I missed you." Cupcake dove on Paige and cuddled into her. He truly missed her, she had been the only one to ever spend time with him because she liked him and not because his dad made them or because she wanted to cosy up to the Alpha.
"I missed you too. So what do you wanna do today?."
"Can we go out?." Cupcake jumped up and down on the bed, making Paige wobble about the bed.
