CHAPTER 17-The Third Divine Skill & Preparations
Ray was sitting on his bed, looking at the screens with different colors that had appeared in front of him.

Ray was beaming.
Each and every skill could cause world shaking chaos and he alone possessed seven!
And now he would do something he had long since planned.
'Use Divine System's Synthesis to combine all seven Ultimate Skills!'

Suddenly all the screens disappeared.
Ray felt his eyes get dizzy for a moment and an unknown energy fill him from the inside. He felt extremely comfortable.
Pure pleasure and no pain. He felt like he was floating among the clouds.
But the feeling passed after a few seconds and a new black screen appeared before him.

Additional Effect: You are the only living being with this skill. No one can plunder this ability from the host.

'I did it!'
Ray now had another divine skill and by doing this he had taken care of one very important future problem.
In the past he faced an enemy who had a special shop item than could copy one of his skills randomly for a one time use, and that lucky bastard had obtained his Ultimate Envy skill, which he later used on an extremely strong artifact, becoming an infamous powerhouse.
Furthermore, the skills individually could not have could not have copied other SSS ranked skills or abilities, but now that his skill was Divine, he could.
And the cherry on top was that it didn't actually 'take' away the skill, but copy it. So the target will possess the skill even after he took it. While some might think of this as a bad thing, for Ray it wasn't. Now he could copy skills from his subordinates without making them useless and from artifacts without destroying them.
A complete cheat power.
One could ask: 'Can't all skills be bought in the shop either way?'
Yes and No at the same time.
Someone could only buy skills related to their own system through the shop.
For example, someone with a necromancer type system could buy skills related to necromancy while someone with a healing type or warrior type couldn't.
Even though Ray had even systems, with each providing their own sets of skills from the shops, making him possess skills in various fields, there were some he couldn't buy.
His pride system provided him presence and aura abilities; wrath system provided berserk and buff/debuff type skills, lust provided actual sex and pleasure related skills, sloth provided support skills he could use remotely, greed provided weird skills that could change and twist fate, gluttony provided skills which helped him grow stats by eating, and envy system just did whatever it liked.
Even so, skills like mass heal, undead revival, enslavement or stealth couldn't be bought from the store and had to be snatched from others.
This is why only now, after Ray obtained this skill, was he absolutely relieved. Now he could truly become the best in every field.
'Time to do something about that slave…'
Without wasting another moment, he got up and left his room.
Ray first travelled to the blacksmith organization under the palace and disguised himself as a customer using the artifact he had yet to return.
'Don't want to cause chaos, the prince rarely leaves the palace after all... and furthermore... I can't trust these people, they are nothing but pawns...'
'If they notice me making me making unwanted moves, they'll become alert.'
After appraising a few people, he didn't copy any skill. After all, he didn't want useless skills at all.
Finally a skill he could use caught his fancy. It belonged to a novice blacksmith who had joined a few days earlier. He immediately copied it.

Next, he went back to his room and used his 'Soul Travel' skill while he immediately fell asleep.
Using only his soul, he travelled to the information and spy guild in the palace. Phasing through walls he entered the treasury, where objects collected from various regions were collected. There were a lot of junk items in this room.
After looking around for a few seconds he found the thing that could help him.
An insignia for the Eastern Duke's direct soldiers. These insignias were used by people doing something directly under the order of a noble, in this case the noble being the East Duke Dray Hadwyn.
They were snooping around the palace a few years back when they were caught and immediately committed suicide after. After the Duke was questioned about it, he told they must have been impostors who had somehow gotten hold of an insignia.
As such, Ray had kept the thing under the guise of 'investigation'.
Now he used 'Replica' on the thing while still in his soul form and obtained an identical looking object. Since this was not a real object but only a temporarily created one, it could be touched by his soul form, and he immediately brought it back to his room.
Then, he used the artifact to disguise as a rough looking man and draped a dark grey cloak over himself to further cover his face. Keeping the replica insignia inside his cloak, he teleported back to Acrylia.
After which he visited various inns and pubs in the city, 'questioning' about an extremely valuable slave worth millions of gold to be sold the next day.
In one of the restaurants he 'dozed off' and 'accidentally' showed his rough looking face, while in another pub he got 'angry' and started a fight with a few mercenaries. During the 'intense' physical fight, he 'accidentally' dropped the insignia. The fight stopped after the other people found out he was someone sent by the East Duke. He then threatened to forget about his identity and left the inn.
Finally when he was done, he changed his appearance to 'Guy' and visited a few big slave trading agencies after he found someone with an S ranked enslavement skill which he immediately copied.
Using his last Rank Up card, he leveled it up to an SS rank enslavement skill which looked something like this.

After he finished doing all this, he teleported back to the palace. It was already evening, and Ray walked back into his room with a devilish smile.
'Tomorrow is going to be epic.'
