Weapon Of Past

Ryu was looking at the old man with a curious as he was not understanding what had made Roland this worried.

"it's nothing, for now!"! Just remember this that even this weapon is all elemental, but it's still a common step low grade weapon. "

After knowing this, Ryu simply nodded. Roland wanted to tell Ryu something more, but this was simply for his security. At first, Roland had thought that Ryu might become unhappy, but seeing his neutral behavior, Roland was content.

"And one more thing! We will be going to the cultivator association tomorrow for your evaluation"

"Evaluation?"

"Yes, once a cultivator crosses into the body strengthening realm, then they get a new badge and a rank too! But for that the cultivator needs to get evaluated. "

"Ooh, and how will the evaluation process will be?"

And there was one more thing which he was curious about and that is to see that he is the only person from earth or are there others too!

There was only one thing that he knew, and that was to go out into the world. He has to become strong. For the time when he meets the people from earth will be known only in the future!

After hearing the answer from Roland, Ryu simply nodded and went inside the house. Although he did not forget to admire the axe a little more and went to sleep.

Early in the morning, Roland woke up as usual before sunrise and got ready for today's journey to the town. As he was walking out of the house, Roland heard a call from behind.

"Father!!" It was John who called out. After passing out in the evening yesterday, he had already awoken from midnight. He had many questions regarding the weapon that his father had given to Ryu.

At first, when he saw the weapon and his eyes locked on the pearl and he could not think of anything at all. But after waking up at night with a clear mind, he remembered something.

And that is the reason he had been waiting for Roland.

"Hmm!" Roland spoke while turning back. After seeing that John was standing there, he asked, "Are you fine now? You woke up early too!"

"Yes, I am fine now, father but I wanted to ask you something!" John spoke a while, keeping his voice low so as not to wake Amilia or Ryu.

"I have to take Ryu to the association, so why don't we talk later!" said Roland, wanting to be done with his daily tasks.

He was about to go and wake Ryu up.

"No! it can't wait!" John said as he was getting more and more eager to know.

The matter was of utter importance to John, and he needed to get things sorted.

"If you have a question, and you can't wait, it might be because of the weapon, then, no?" Roland spoke while raising one brow and looking at John curiously.

Hearing this from Roland, John started shaking a little, but then he steeled his heart.

He knew that the man in front of him was not just his father, but someone who shouldered an enormous responsibility. And the decisions this man had taken were done after a thinking many things.

" Then is that really that weapon?" John asked while shaking within the core.

"Yes, it is!" Roland casually spoke, as it was not a big matter.

The world turned darkened again, but this time, John was ready. He tried to calm his mind; his breathing got heavier.

*Fuuu!!*

After a few moments, calming himself, John asked again,

"Isn't that too dangerous if Ryu uses that?"

While he spoke, there was still a shakiness in his voice. Hearing this calmly, as it was a normal matter for him, Roland responded.

"There is risk, but he is the only one who can use it as of now."

"But?" John wanted to retort, but he did not know how he should say it.

His father was ready to take a risk and the child in question still didn't know the gravity of the situation.

But before John could speak again to say another word, Roland spoke again,

"He is the only heir to The Tatsuya clan. He should be capable of handling it if we are placing our trust in him."

Roland's voice changed as he looked straight in the eyes of John. The words he was speaking were true from his heart.

Hearing this, John became silent. He knew that if his father had taken a decision, he would abide by that until the end. And that was the motto of Tatsuya and might say the reason for the current Tatsuya.

"Father! if you have decided then I will not question your decision anymore." John said and then turned and walked toward his room.

After the discussion, Roland sighed, as this was one of the riskiest decisions he might have taken in his entire life. At least if we consider the impact of this decision on the clan.

Then, as he was thinking of the various things he had to do today, he turned to his room to wake Ryu up.

The man who had just entered the room saw Amilia soundly sleeping on the bed. Seeing this, he thought for some thought and murmured something.

"Blood Immortal Ryu Tatsuya."
