There were more than a hundred Star Flame Beasts, and after Xing Ye effortlessly killed several, he discovered the problem. With each Star Flame Beast's death, unique energy threads invaded the body, known as Flame Poison.

While Star Flame Beasts were not terrifying and could be easily killed, Xing Ye couldn't prevent the invasion of Flame Poison into his body.
