The Exception is a unique Hatsu that allows its users to conduct trade transactions in a variety of different dimensions.
The owner of this ability, Bruce Banner, can use all the merchandise he has obtained as he pleases when combined with the system.
A mistake, something that should never have been made. Exception born after successfully swallowing and assimilating an almighty system. (Note: Hatsu will unlock its full potential as the number of trades made by the user increases.)
A Hatsu that is directly connected to a broken system belongs to Bruce so that the owner of the ability can combine the ability or skill with the system itself. (Note: The first level of Hatsu can only accommodate five abilities and skills simultaneously and cannot exceed the specified capacity.)
Available capabilities:
1. Contract: allows the user to make a trade transaction with a second party.
2. Merchant Fury (locked): if a customer refuses to trade with the merchant twice, Bruce, as a merchant, can steal one ability or skill forcibly from his target. As a reward for doing this sinful thing, the user will be penalized in the form of a ban on the use of abilities for a predetermined time. A cooldown will apply according to the grade or rarity of an ability or skill stolen by the user. (Special note: if the customer is deliberately silent for a minute without a definite answer, then his silence will be counted as a refusal.)

• Conditions that Bruce must meet before trading:
1. Bruce should look at his status screen for ten seconds, if it is not done, then the trade cannot be executed.
2. Bruce is obliged to cast a special spell on his target; Do you want to trade with me?
3. Bruce must explain what abilities or skills he wants to buy from his target.
4. Bruce had to explain the rules and also the consequences that might arise if their trade continued.
5. The customer is not under the influence of mind control when trading, otherwise, the trade will fail.
• Restrictions applied to Hatsu:
1. Hatsu can only be used on living beings.
2. Cannot buy an ability or skill with limited time.
3. Can't buy or steal someone else's Hatsu.
4. Cannot give abilities or skills to others without the approval of the second party.
5. Abilities and skills that fail to combine will be destroyed and disappear forever. In certain unique cases, the ability will return to the world it originally came from.
• An oath that binds users:
1. Bruce vows not to return to the Ancient Earth forever. If this oath is violated, then he will die most painfully.

1. You may be wondering why his legs haven't regenerated as usual, right? Do you still remember the massive Nerf he mentioned when creating Hatsu?
2. For those who haven't watched the Hunter x Hunter anime, you might be confused by the boundaries and vows, but please note that it is very important to do so because of his Hatsu. Exceptions cannot be created without enforcing various restrictions that bind them. If he had not created certain limitations, would Hatsu's creation have failed? No, but Hatsu's potential won't be as strong as what Bruce is aiming for.
3. The more demanding an oath a Nen user takes, the more powerful Hatsu's potential will be.
