Chapter 14

Diana and Corey's Meeting.

A few hours after we had dinner Corey and I met up, we went to my room just to have a very discreet conversation about our family. He stated that we should get to know one another before moving forward, he started by introducing himself formally as Corey Feldman, the only child of Queen Ariana and King Jude of Astria, he continued to further explain how he got to be in the academy. He says that his being here is not by his choice but just that his parents asked him to come here to keep an eye on Lysander and to inform her if anything suspicious was happening, but he has been trying to get in touch with her but there was no avail.

I could see in his eyes the love for his parents alongside the feeling to return home. Well, he cut off from my thinking when he asked me about myself. I was kind of contemplating in my mind where to start from but oh well, I started by telling him that my real name was Diana White, daughter of Queen Aluria and King Ludwig of the guardians of all the realms the Jeglaxath, I must say that all these years guarding the realms we have done a pretty good job.

I also told him about how I was kidnapped from my home when it was on fire and sold to Ambrose by uncle Christopher, also how I was raped by Ambrose's client. I told him about I escaped from Ambrose's home and was rescued by Lysander who brought me here and has refused to let me go, instead he subjected me to various types of torture. It was nice telling someone about myself after 2 years of being away from home, Corey seemed to have a plan already about this whole escape thing.

Later he took me to the back of the cafeteria and pushed open a brick wall which led to the place where I first tried to run away when Ambrose first bought me from Christopher, I looked at him with such a questioning look as at this point I kind of did not know who to trust anymore. The question that kept buzzing through my mind as we stood there was how he knew about such a place and was still here. He looked at me and said, "I know why you are looking at me like that, yes I knew about a place like this and I never had the thought of wanting to run away as it didn't seem like the right time, but now do seem like the right time to finally return home". With that, he let go of the brick and the wall covered up back, we returned to our dorms with the hope of being able to find the human map and be able to leave.
