Landing

Flora went out and checked on the researchers to make sure they had all their belongings with them. Then she checked with Quinsy on the ship's condition, and it was all clear so the last thing left to do was to get the fairies on the ship and then take off.

"Edna, Tori, is everyone clear?" Flora asked them and they nodded. "Great, Quinsy start the procedures for takeoff, and everyone else buckle up," Flora said as she buckled down to her seat. They nodded following her orders as they all quickly started the flight.

The trip to another domain was usually done by portals but since the Glacial domain was newly discovered they needed to take a flight there instead. This was also another reason for them to travel, to continue and chart all native life before they created a connection with portals for convenient transportation.

The trip took close to a full week even though they used their fastest ships and soon they arrived within the solar system of the domain. There was a total of 3 planets and 1 sun, but the first planet was so far from the sun, that once they reached the first planet, they were barely able to tell the sun apart from the other stars.

The second planet was closer than the third planet, but it was at least two hours away. The third planet was close to half a day away from the first planet, but it was not going to be explored during this mission, so it did not matter for now.

"Mina, Quinsy, get the permitter set up," Flora said as she switched with Quinsy and kept the ship above ground in the atmosphere. The two went out quickly as they used the heating polls to create a large enough space for the ship to land and stay warm.

Once done they came back on the ship and Mina said, "The space for the ship is ready but give us a few more minutes, we need to set up the camp." Flora nodded saying, "Take the second group of fairies with you to set up while Tori and Edna get the others ready for a scouting mission." They nodded walking into the other section of the ship with Tori and Edna as Flora glanced at the cold ground below her. She took in a deep breath and smiled.

"Flora, you can land now," she heard from Mina who entered the ship she nodded landing the ship in the safe zone before saying, "Tori, Edna, take the first group of fairies and mark a 10-mile radius from the ship, Mina help with unloading the supplies from the researchers."

The two quickly flew out of the ship and Flora also got up flying towards the cargo section of the ship. She helped unload the supplies with the other fairies and made sure all the researchers were in their tents.

"Flora," Diana said coming out of her tent. Flora sighed saying, "Diana, it's too cold to be out here get back in your tent please." Diana shook her head saying, "I am not cold, plus I need to know when the exploration will start so I can tell the other researchers."

Flora nodded saying, "In 3 hours there will be meals supplied to each tent, and 2 hours after that there will be a quick briefing before we start the exploration. So, in about 5 hours from now we will start, please make sure none of the researchers get out of the safety zone." She nodded asking, "Where are the fairies?"

"They are securing the research zone for today, now go and rest, we will let you know when it's time, alright?" Flora said before nudging her towards the tent. Diana gave up and walked inside as Flora flew up seeing the fairies returning.
