Stop The Car

This was the very first time Chen Ming was watching something so horrific with naked eyes. His eyes glued to the sky as it showered blood and bones like rainfall made of water. His brows furrowed, but unlike an ordinary being, he wasn't in the least bit afraid.

Instead, he stared at the scene as if he had seen one of the greatest wonders of the world.

So beautiful and majestic.

He had never seen blood actually falling off the sky! Like c'mon, this world was so cool! Such things were actually real!

Even though it looked gruesome and smelled like rusty iron all over the place, the traces of astonishment in his eyes didn't vanish. Instead, he only became increasingly enchanted by the scene.

Of course, contrary to his reaction, the other two on the front seats were looking all shocked and serious. They knew if they didn't back away now, they would probably end up stranding in this horrific, one-in-a-million, incident.

After all, never before something like this had happened.

Huang An gritted his teeth and looked back, expecting the human in the backseat to be terrified and trembling like other beings. After all, humans were weak, so weak that when the abyss was still fine, they would still tremble and faint at the sight of it.

Now that something like this was happening, he had assumed that the human behind him would finally know what was the most terrifying thing in the world.

Huang An knew if the door were to open, this stupid man would rush outside and dance in the bloody rain.

F*ck! How can this human remain calm and composed even amid such a horrific event?!

Huang An almost ended up colliding the car into a tree when he braked it and sharply turned around, glancing behind him.

"You, what are you staring at?!"

Chen Ming, who was busy staring at the fantastic scene outside the window, mumbled, "Can you open the door?"

"O-Open?!" Huang An was so shocked that he almost transformed into his wolf. He took a deep breath and backed the car away from the tree.

It was a good thing that his foot automatically pressed the brake on time otherwise they would have hit the tree badly.

As he started to back away, he glanced at Gao Wen who didn't seem in the least bit surprised by seeing the human's expression. He instead looked a bit interested in that human, humming to himself as he averted his eyes. The werewolf, however, felt a hint of coldness spreading to the core of his heart.

Even though he never wanted to accept a mate in the first place, it didn't mean he would let the human be taken away just like that right under his nose. His grip on the steering wheel tightened as veins popped on his forehead.

It seemed that the traces of anger continued to fill up his body, turning his entire face red as he gripped tighter.

"Yo," said Gao Wen, "Do you want to break that?"

"Shut the fuck up!" Huang An didn't want to continue hearing the man's words. He took a deep breath and pretended he wasn't angry even though he wasn't.

As the car drifted away from the venue, Chen Ming frowned as he looked forward and said, "Can we stay there for a while?"

"Do you want to die so much?" Huang An was already irritated by the actions of the devil lord, and now, he also had to face his useless human mate. The more he thought about it, the angrier he became.

He glanced at the man from the rearview mirror as he said, "Why don't you get the fuck out of this car and die then?"

"Don't do this, wolf." Gao Wen's expressions were cold as he looked at the other from the sidelines. He looked like a big cat finally resting, but he still remained vigilant and cold toward the other animal. "You don't mean it."

"I fucking do!" The werewolf alpha didn't want a burden like the human behind him to be the Luna for his pack. In any case, wouldn't it be fine if this human just went ahead and killed himself?

Of course, as the human's mate, Huang An would surely feel the emotions deep in his heart, broken emotions that would almost put him in a depression, but it would be a lot better than having such a human being as his weakness.

The corners of Chen Ming's lips curved up as he leaned back and looked at the werewolf provocatively as he said, "Stop the car."
