86 A confession

Tears welled up in Jie Fu Lian's eyes as he pointed at Hua Tianshu and spoke, "Your life is much more precious to me than that sword!" 

Even Jie Fu Lian was shocked by the words that he had spouted on the spur of the moment.

"Jie Ming..." Hua Tianshu sighed as he collected his thoughts and responded, "I never considered you my enemy and you know that too." 

Jie Fu Lian simply pursed his lips and refused to say anything to that. 

"But you are truly confusing me," The man continued, his words containing a deeper meaning that Jie Fu Lian hadn't noticed. "At one moment, you call me your enemy, and then in the very next, you value my life more than your own. Just what am I to you?" 

Jie Fu Lian gulped as he heard this question and no matter how much he thought about it, he couldn't come up with an answer. 

Hua Tianshu was simply Hua Tianshu to him...
