"This place is dangerous, Crystal can't stay here anymore," her mother said.
"You are right, Laura," Raguel said.
"I made a promise to my sister to keep her safe and the only way to protect her..." a tear rolled down her face, "is there another way?"
"No, we have to do this, it is the only way, she will have to die." Raguel said, he didn't want to do it but if he doesn't Crystal would suffer.
"We will send her to away tonight."
I woke up but I didn't see my mother, maybe she was at the shop already. My mother owns a shop, she sells fabrics. it was our only source of livelihood.
I got ready to go to the shop, my mother warned me not to step out of the house, but I wanted to help her, I was tired of staying at home all day. On my way to the shop, the ground began to crack and roots appeared and tied my legs.
I heard a person chuckle darkly, it sent shivers down my spine.
I wished I had listened to my mother.
A person appeared, it was a woman who appeared to be in her late thirties.
"Who are you ?" it came out as a whisper.
The woman smiled, "You should ask what am I," she said and four giant snake appeared out of her back.
I was shocked, this wasn't a human she was a serpent. More people appeared they had three giant snakes at their back.
"You are serpent?"
The woman continued to smile, "I am not just a serpent, I am the leader of the serpent clan," the woman's eyes changed its colour to pitch black.
"What do you want?"
"What do I want?" she reapeted the question, "I want you."
"Me? I don't even know you."
"You don't know me but I know you, I know a lot of things about you that you don't even know."
"If you know who I am you won't mess with me."
"I know everything about you darling, I also know that the woman you call mother is actually not your real mom. Your real mom abandoned you the day you were born, because she didn't want you."
"You are lying to me!" how is that possible it's all a lie.
"Oh dear, it seems Raguel didn't tell you the whole story, but don't worry I will tell you everything, you just have to come with us."
"I am not going anywhere."
"The serpent glared at me, "don't act childish."
I smiled, "you can't force me to come with you, I'm with a holy ne..." oh no I took it off yesterday, how will I contact the Angels.
I've never fought evil creature before, not to mention a whole gang of serpent. I couldn't fight them all, There is only one thing to do.
I screamed at the the top of my voice, "Damien! Damien!" I saw fear in their eyes when I mentioned that name.
A dark haired man appeared, the serpents turned into giant cobras waiting for him to attack.
Was Damien really going to fight, he wasn't with any weapon, he was alone. How could one Demon fight a whole clan of serpents, they would kill him.
Damien eyes turned bloody red, his fangs and claws had elongated, he really looked like the devil.
The serpents began to attack but they fell down dead one after the other, they were struggling to kill him but he fought them without any weapon, he used his claws to slice their throat. In a few seconds they were all dead except the leader of the serpent clan.
Her eyes were filled with tears threatening to run down like a river, her eyes were fixed on something, my eyes darted to the direction were she was looking.
It was a dead serpent, the body started to transform into the body of a human. A tear fell down from her eyes, h...her daughter was dead. She took two steps forward and knelt down in front of her daughter's corps, she screamed and it amused Damien.
I felt sorry for her.
"I will avenge your death," the serpent said before she disappeared with her daughter's corps leaving the other dead serpents behind.
Damien turned to look at me, with a snap of his finger we were somewhere else, I had been here before, this was the first place I met Damien.
I quickly embraced him in a tight hug, he hugged me back and patted my head, "It's okay, don't worry everything is fine now," I tightened the hug around his waist.
Damien eyes flickered with something dark he was trying to control himself but he didn't know for how long. He felt her breast pressed against his hard chest. He had to leave her for now.
