Chapter: Thief!

The Sargent was shocked by statement given by Amelia. She didn't expect her to know anything about Habats and moreover she was not hurt.

"Hey, can you also hand me a tissue?" asked Amelia looking down.

"Where are you from?" asked the Sargent handing her a tissue.

The Sargent initially thought that Amelia must be from a safe or a less contaminated zone that's why she's not hurt.

"Ah! California" said Amelia.

Then she bent down to wipe of the shoe that was covered in pale blue blood.

Everyone was shocked to see such a colour. She looked up and saw everyone's questioning gaze as she threw the tissue in a bin a little far away from her.

"What? it's just zombie blood" said Amelia with a grin.

Everyone was even more surprised as she repeated the sentence she said to man she bumped into earlier but in a gentle tone.

Their minds were blown...

The Sargent handed a piece of paper to Amelia. She took and also took out a pen from her bag and started doing her work.

Seeing that she was busy with her work, everyone else also went on with what they were doing. The Sargent was in deep thought.

AFTER HALF AN HOUR..

Amelia was done with her work. She folded the piece of paper very neatly and gently and kept it aside. She looked around.

Almost all were asleep. She asked the Sargent a few questions..

"What is the name of the island?" asked Amelia lazily.

"ULE..United Land on Earth" said Sargent.

"What's it like there?" asked Amelia.

"Like the California you knew before but without wars and competition... people only compete in studies" said Sargent attentively.

"How much time will it take for us to reach there?" questioned Amelia.

"About three hours" said Sargent.

She asked a few more questions. Then ended the conversation. She set an alarm for 4:15 a.m. Just fifteen minutes before the arrival time.

Then she opened the laptop and turned it on. It had a bright red colour and a paint brush on the background of the screen.

Sargent Will who was looking at Amelia's laptop suddenly attracted his gaze. That colour was indeed strong.

There were just a few icons on the screen. She opened the messages and checked it. It was a message from a person named K.

K: [Wild Fire when will you reach?]

Amelia thought for a while before posting...

[I am in the train will reach in 2 hours 48 mins]

K: [Ok, boss]

She got an instant reply. She didn't look suprised at all and didn't bother about it either. She just sat back and relaxed.

After putting back her laptop, she fell asleep. She had a cold aura so, Sargent Will didn't bother to look at her any longer.

But he noted the time that he saw Amelia reply to someone. He also didn't worry about this and started noting down what he needed to buy.

It was exactly 4:15 a.m.

Amelia's alarm beeped just once and she woke up. A few others had already woken up. Her watch had turned red.

She looked at it seriously. She pressed a button on the watch and a sim appeared. She took it and took out her laptop.

She inserted the pin in the laptop. A black screen appeared. Amelia typed a string of numbers very quickly. Her hands rushed over the keyboard.

Suddenly a video started playing and she looked at it carefully. She then asked for a bottle of water. Some one gave it to her.

She walked over to the second seat. A woman with blonde hair was sleeping there. She had a hat covering her face.

Amelia threw the had aside, opened the bottle and spilled all the water over her face. The blonde haired woman jumped in surprise.

She inspected Amelia and sat back in her seat. She was not bothered at all.

"Are we almost there?" she asked.

Amelia slapped her face before she could say anything else and called her "Thief!" The frowned but didn't move from her seat.

She felt her blood bubbling hot. Someone slapped her?. But the main thought the woman with blonde hair had was How did she know?

Her hands shook slightly and heart beated fast at this thought. Amelia's smuggish smile even scared her a little.

But the thought that Amelia was young and had not a single evidence made her relaxed and helped her cover up her nervous expression.

"That's a big accusation" said the woman.

The Sargent was about to stop her when she came back to her seat and typed in many 0's 1's. She was so fast that they'd easily get dizzy just watching her.

"Come on, girl...don't make false accusations" said the blonde haired woman smiling.

"Rs4q3 display" I said calmly.

"What are you.." the blonde haired woman said confused and taken aback.

But she stopped after a video appeared infront of her and in one minute it stopped. Everyone's jaw dropped...

"Rs4q3 going to self destruct in three, two.." said the small chip.

"Stop self destruct" Amelia said calmly as she walked towards that woman.

The chip didn't self destruct and the passengers sighed in relief. The clip was of that blonde haired woman stealing the money card from Amelia.

The woman was speechless...

Everyone was completely speechless..

Amelia opened her hand infront of that woman and didn't say anything. The woman handed back Amelia's money card.

She returned to her seat and packed her stuff. Just as she was done, the train stopped. Everyone also got up in a hurry.

The door opened. Everyone made way for Amelia. She wore my mask and cap again. She looked even more scary and cold.

She walked towards the door and said lightly to the woman who stole from her "You're glad I didn't report it". Amelia sounded cruel and cold.

The other's in the train surrounded the woman after checking their stuff and indeed everyone was missing one thing or the other.

Just as Amelia went out, Sargent checked the time and it was exactly 4:32. It was exactly 2 hours and 45 minutes latter...
