Confusion

Early in the morning, the things that Echo ordered came. He picked up a fist-sized box in a Delivering Platform. When he opened it he saw a little chip called Data Chip one of the Golden Circle Realm's inventions. The things Echo ordered were stored inside this chip. This chip was made from nanotech. This nanotech has a function to make things smaller like an atom and to make it return to its actual size, this enables the user to store bigger things and to remove the troubles of carrying heavy materials using a bag. There is also a technology that functions like the little chip; it is called Hobbit's Coffin. The Hobbit's Coffin's form is really not a coffin but jelly ball still like a coffin it is used to store human or beast bodies when laid to a body of a man or a beast it surrounds the whole body covering it completely. After it completely covered the body, it can shrink like a size of a grain of rice. Placing this two to the cellular bracelet, it will be directly absorbed storing it to the CeBrac database.

Echo looked prepared, he's like going towards a war wearing full body armor, unlimited ammo, and a laser cannon. He was confident that he could rope the girl to accept his invitation. He excitedly rushed to the park, having a big bargaining chip he will win this trade.

A night ago, a beggar was walking through the alley heading to a rundown apartment. A man guarding the door blocked her way, she just simply sweep her shirt revealing a mark on her right shoulder. "GN 211" she said while revealing her mark. The guard opened the door then she entered without any word.

She went to a room where she knocked in a pattern while pressing a button saying the word "GN 211". A swoosh sounded behind the door. She then opened it. A sound of an alarm greeted the beggar. This alarm came from a metal detector. "Who the hell placed this metal detector in a realm which is rich in Metal spiritual element?" The girl glared at the man in a suit with a mustache on his face. "Come in and let us discuss what you know about him." The man said like nothing happen.

The beggar removes her dress and her wig showing a slender and voluptuous body at such a young age. She places her beggar attire aside and begun speaking, "He is just a spoiled brat feeling righteous by helping a beggar. He didn't even drop a single stone. So why did you placed a metal detector here?" She sighed while asking.

"Oh yeah, I forgot asking you. Do I have a portion of what you have gathered?" the man change the topic.

"Hey, hey, hey look at that metal detector are you going to remove it or I'll be the one removing it." Thinking about something she added, "The last time you asked the whole dormant elemental stone I collected so it's a no today."

"Girl is that what you gonna do after I save your life and gave you shelter. Hmph, and here I am thinking you still have gratitude." The man harrumphed locking his arms while taking a glance at the girl.

"Old foggy I did remember it but don't say stuff about gratitude to me. You owed me a sum you know. You are the boss here and you can't even show a single stone in you. You should stop gambling and start cultivating more often then maybe I can continue giving you a little bit." The girl rebutted.

"Well, well, you didn't know but I'm not gambling entirely. I'm saving 75% of what you've been given to me while the rest you know what already happened. So literally I'm not all gambling. So as what you had said, you can give me a little bit." The man lighted a cigar and continued. "That metal detector came from a friend of mine. He gifted that to me when he left this realm and I'm sending it to our own mining site today. Do you have any news about your target?"

"There is nothing important to discuss. I'll continue my investigation about him." The girl reported.

The man smiled. "You can go now. And don't forget to bring me some stones when you come back." He said.

At the park, Echo saw the beggar at the usual place it stayed yesterday. He walked in front of her and asked, "Can I talk to you?"

The beggar stared at him to the eyes and then shakes her head. "Just a little bit of your time and I won't bother you. Please." Echo begged.

The beggar sighed. She doesn't to be bothered anymore so she nodded her head. Echo was elated, he grabs her hand and brought to an alley.

"I'm here to help you. You're living here alone and you don't have any place to stay except this park right? Why not become my servant and I'll provide you food, shelter and this." He proposed while showing a high grade dormant elemental stone.

Seeing the stone, the beggar takes some time thinking about Echo's offer. Echo revealed a charming smile while waiting for her answer.

The beggar takes off a notebook and pen. She wrote at the notebook and showed it to Echo. Echo was shocked by this; he didn't expect that this girl is mute.

Echo read the notebook, a simple sentence was written on it saying "I don't trust you!" He wryly smiled at her then said, "One mid grade elemental stone a week and a complete cultivation manual. How does it sound?"

Echo then added. "I had observed that you are cultivating, right? Then you'll be safe from me since I did not cultivate at all. So do you trust me now?"

The beggar seemed to approve what Echo said. She then writes something to her notebook. "I'll trust you for now." She replied.

Echo was happy. He was successful in roping her to become his servant. Now he may have a chance of saving his self.

He brought the beggar to his car. He then said to his driver, "Bring her to the house" after that he commanded the servants, "Clean her well and give her a maids dress. I'm gonna buy something so you guys head there first."

The servants nodded their heads and they then head off the house. Echo brought his guards and went to the Tech-Engineering Shop nearby.

After searching for something inside the shop he went outside holding a data chip then he left.
