11 Wish You Could Read My Mind...

"So how are things going on in NY, have you got comfortable with the people. And how was the meeting with Mr. Reo." Yie tries his best to divert the topic. (**He was actually helping himself out the scene, he had seen few minutes ago**)

"Yeah all good. I met him today. He asked me to submit our songs to him, so that the choreographer can teach me the dance steps and I will help you guys once you are here in another few days. I was actually planning to call you for the song list, but you know me well." She chuckles while replying to Yie.

"Angel...I have been with you for such a longer time, of course I can read your mind and heart." Yie replies back to Alexa while speaking to himself in mind "Wish you could read my mind and heart and give yourself another chance to fall in love."

"I will drop you an email tomorrow morning with the list of the songs after discussing with the team here, make sure you don't exhaust yourself much with the dance practice." Yie tries to hide the tears in his eyes as was missing her Angel a lot but couldn't say it to her.

"Guess whom I met here Yie" Alexa's face lighten up with smile spreading from ear to ear, the moment she tries to inform Yie about Chen.

Yie gets confused with Alexa's sudden excitement. He goes in deep thought and speak to himself "Who could she meet in NY, it's the first time there"

Seeing his confused face Alexa screams again "Yie...I met with Chen...Chen Chang...My Idol...You know what, we had dinner the other day and coffee today....Omg...you should meet him...He is so handsome and so caring...This is the best thing which has happened until now during my visit." Alexa keeps speaking non stop.

Yie feels happy while watching Alexa in such a good mood. "Wow...That's amazing Angel...Don't forget me while being with your Idol." Yie teases her. (*One could sense jealously in Yie's eyes and words but Alexa was too innocent to even realize that*)

"Hahaha...Yie, stop saying that...Nothing in this world can make that happen and you know that." Alexa replies back to Yie while giving him a wink.

"It's getting late Yie, let me grab some sleep and will call you tomorrow. Miss you buddy. Cya soon." Alexa waves at Yie and hangs up the call. She was too tired to go for dinner thus skips the same and doze off to sleep.

Yie on the other hand was left out with mixed feelings. He was happy to see Alexa smile, which has already enlighten his day and at the same time, was sad as it was tough for him to make her fall for him. Yie knew Alexa will knew say yes to him after the struggle she has faced in her past and somewhere in his heart, he didn't wanted to take the risk of approaching her in the fear of losing her as a friend.

Next Day, 7:30 am.

Alexa, wakes up with a bad headache and tries to check the time on her mobile. "Ohh my...I am going to be late." She jumps out of her bed and rush for a quick bath. After walking out of the shower she grabs a jeans and random t-shirt. She was dying with the headache and could hardly concentrate on things. As her mood was off due to headache, she tries to do a very simple make up and walks out of her room wearing white sneakers.

Sasha was already waiting for her at the hotel entrance. Alexa walks towards her and quickly gets into the car.

"What's wrong Alexa, your face is so dull", Sasha gets tensed seeing Alexa face all puffed up.

"Ahh...nothing...having a bad headache." Alexa replies in a low voice.

"Did you take any medicine, do you want me to take you to the hospital"

"No...I am fine...Will take the medicine after reaching the location and coffee, I think it's because I skipped my dinner and breakfast"

Alexa and Sasha gets out of the car after 30 minutes of the drive to the location.

After reaching Sasha helps Alexa to grab a seat in the hall and goes back to her cabin to collect the medicine and orders the staff to get her a coffee.

Alexa was leaning forward while holding her head with both the hands when felt a hand on her shoulder. She stretches out her right hand and without looking up speaks out "Give me the medicine and water"

"Do I look like a servant to you"

Alexa freezes after hearing similar man voice and quickly stands up after realizing the voice.

"I am sorry Mr. Reo, I thought you are Sasha", Alexa tries to explain herself.

"I am not interested in knowing what you were thinking or assuming. I called you ahead of concert so that all the arrangements can be checked and worked upon and not to waste your time by relaxing here. Do you think you are on a vacation." Reo speaks out in cold and loud voice.

It was her headache or bad mood from last evening conversation with Reo that made tears fall down from eyes automatically after hearing the loud voice.

*Sob Sob*

"I am sorry", that's all Alexa could manage to speak out.

Before Reo could react further, Sasha rush to Alexa and holds her in her arms. Mr. Reo, please accept my apology. Alexa is not keeping well. We were about to start the rehearsal after helping her out with coffee and medicine. Please have a seat, let me arrange everything. By saying this Sasha walks out Alexa from Reo's sight.

Reo felt a strong pain in his heart. "May be I was too harsh towards her. I don't want to fall for her but it's not her mistake." He speaks to himself.

Sasha manages to calm Alexa and helps her with coffee and medicine. She goes back to the stage and arranges all the things and comes back after 15 minutes to pick up Alexa back.

After the medicine, Alexa was feeling much better. She thanks Sasha for taking care of her and walks out with her towards the stage. "These are the songs, I have received from my Band today morning. Can you please give it to Mr. Reo." Alexa requests Sasha while placing the pen drive in her hands.

Sasha understands Alexa's concern and nods yes. "Don't worry, stay here and wait for me. Let me give this to Reo." By saying this Sasha walks towards Reo who was sitting on the other side of the stage.

"Mr. Reo, these are the songs which Alexa and her band will be performing. I already have yours, so let's start with yours and then with theirs as I still need to check on the songs and steps for latter ones." Sasha informs Reo and requests him to come up on the stage for the rehearsal.

Following day goes well. Alexa tries to ignore Reo and avoids any further interaction with him through out the day. She kept her complete concentration on the dance steps as this was something new for her. Although the steps which she has to do on Reo's songs where not too complicated but Alexa didn't wanted him to point out any mistake in her.

After the rehearsal Sasha walks towards Alexa and requests her to spend the night with her. She could make out that something was bothering her and as a friend, she wanted Alexa to relax. Alexa agrees to Sasha's proposal and both of them walks out of the location towards the car.

"Let's hit to a restaurant for the dinner and some drinks. It's on me..." Sasha starts the car after informing Alexa about the plan for the night.
