Coming Back to Reality

"Ahhh...Yie, I am so sorry. I was thinking something, didn't realized that have walked into you. Are you hurt." Alexa panics after realizing she has banged into Yie and might have hurt him.

Yie accepts her apologies and was about to start back to the recording room when was suddenly feels someone is grabbing his hand and pulling back. Yie turns back and finds Alexa holding his hand with her face buried into ground. She was totally lost in her thoughts, her face was pale, she was still holding Yie's hand and from which he could make out that something was bothering her to make her shiver so badly.

Yie could sense some tension from Alexa and takes her to the recording room along with him without holding there for a second.

The moment they enter the recording room. He makes her sit down and quickly walks back to close the door to avoid any unwanted guests.

Yie walks back to Alexa and grabs another chair to place next to her.

He holds her hands and speaks out in a low calm voice "Angel, what's bothering you??? You can tell me right??? C'mon speak up. I am hear to listen all your issues".

Alexa feels a bit relax with his words and narrate the complete conversation which she had with Mr. Xia without taking a halt in middle.

Yie stares at Alexa for a minute and laughs out louder. "Dumbo, seriously....that's it...I was scared to death...Have been thinking what not in my head...Ahh...I am so relaxed now." Yie smiles widely while watching Alexa who was still in confused state and was staring him with killing eyes.

"Ok Angel...calm down...I know it's going to be tough for you. But you know what, it will give you more opportunity. You are the best in our team and trust me you will nail it. It's only for two weeks and I will be there to help you after two weeks. We will be connected via web-chat, you can call me or video me anytime dear. These two weeks will walk out so quickly, I promise you." Yie smiled at Alexa again giving her surety to relax now.

Alexa gets up and gives a big hug to Yie while thanking him to boost her confidence back and walks out of the recording room leaving Yie alone in the room. Less, she knew that Yie was dying inside to let her go alone. But he knew, that have to boost her up for her future. He was scared inside but still wanted to be a supporting pillar for her. Yie have never left Alexa away for a second from the time they have been together and now she will be gone for whole two weeks. This thought was enough to shake Yie completely. But he couldn't do anything. He just sat down on the chair grabbing his hair and thinking about the two weeks which he needs to stay alone and away from her. Yie's eyes were filled with tears but he holds it back and speaks to himself "It's going to be fine... Angel will be fine...It's just two weeks.." He kept on repeating these words until he felt relaxed.

On the other side.

Alexa walks into her room, grabs her phone and dials a number.

"Hello, Boss... It's me. Ummm...I am ready for the visit, let me know the details to study further and thank you for giving me this opportunity." Alexa blabbers out the complete sentence with a halt on call with Mr. Xia.

"That's great young lady, let me inform the client about the arrival. Don't let us down". Mr. Xia hangs up the call after completing his words.

"Ufff...finally I am alone. Let's start packing". Alexa took a deep breathe and started scanning her wardrobe for the things she needs to pick up for the trip.
