"Haaaaah!~ What have we done?! The chosen one?! ME???"
Nae Shin was rolling around on his bed as if his butt was on fire. Hao Xuan checked outside to make sure the ghost was clear before letting out a breath of relief.
"It worked, didn't it? They let you go," he muttered while closing the door.
Nae Shin paused mid-roll to look at him with a scowl, "No, it didn't work at all! They think I'm some kind of special guy now. Lady Yi said she will come back after talking with the others, what then??"
Hao Xuan took a seat in front of him, getting comfortable.
"What are you worried about? This is the best-case scenario for you. Not only will they protect you with their lives but they won't even question anything you have said or done."
Tears welled up in Nae Shin's eyes, "T-This is not what I wanted at all!~"

"This is why I don't get along with kids. You want to die then? Because that's the only alternative."
