Hatteki smacked his laptop's keyboard clenched his hand to the right eyepatch, takes a pill from the bottle of pills present at his left pocket then swallow it.

In the Imperium States, many activities of foreigners or Imperian who claimed to be Mutants which, prior to Dark Friday would be viewed innocently or as just eccentric are now viewed with suspicion, since Mutants live much longer than humans and are very attractive, especially in regards to the behaviour of anyone who looks overly attractive looking in terms of clothing or skin colour. Recently six regular humans were fired from their jobs because they were too beautiful for a humanoid criterion. Some humans are prejudiced against some Mutants and some Mutants are prejudiced against some humans, but most Mutants and humans are not prejudiced against each other.

Hatteki grinned, excited about something, as his slick hair strands which almost reached his shoulder, falls over his blue eyes when lean forward to the seat. Takamatsuke Hatteki is tall and slim, with dense, glossy black hair, thick lashes, luminous skin with clean soft facial features and seductive, comely face. But don't let his pretty looks fool you, he's downright evil, wicked and sinister any human has the misfortune to meet. Despite brooding with arrogance and grandiosity Hatteki is the smartest and effective soldier in the Code Phoenix Program.

After private jet landed in the airport, Tereko first met with Hungarian intelligence officer and Brittonia's European Ambassador who were personally waiting formally, for them as a Code Phoenix member, Hatteki and Tereko's first mission is investigate terror alert that could happen in Budapest.

"Code Phoenix member I assumed, I'm sure you had a long exhausting journey."

Hungarian intelligence officer greets Tereko, using a traditional translator machine which plugged into their ears, instantly and automatically translate every language in their suitable tongue.

"I believe Mr. Ambassador knew; we send one of our men to operation site?"

Brittonia Ambassador cleared his throat and responded,

"Yes, I am aware, and your man taking command of the operation."

"What am I hearing Mr. Ambassador?"

Climbing down slowly, Hatteki declared his presence, along with dark silky-smooth hair, reaching down behind his shoulders and dangle on his big right eyepatch in front, revealing one expressive blue eye which symbolizes strong decisiveness, arrogance, and pride. Tall, slender with no fat and little to no muscle, and no body or facial hair, an effeminate body that moves very gracefully. His androgynous beauty and "feminine" physical traits that made even more evident when he exited the plane.

"After 11 hours flight and I got to hear that someone took my command, even without my permission!"

Brittonia Ambassador's eyes frown, very displease about Hatteki's arrogant talk.

The first impression that Hatteki gave as a narcissistic, self-centred sociopath, who wearing a mischievous black long coat, whose straying into the authorities, however as an arrogant man, Hatteki always considered very attractive physically and in terms of personality, possessing a great deal of magnetism and charisma, using these abilities to achieve social and romantic dominance.

Those deep-seated flaws that implanted deepest his conscience that he, himself don't know, nonetheless this dark, cunning dangerous man with the badass eyepatch, the Code Phoenix leading member and the Master Strategist, Takamatsuke Hatteki is the way he is, doesn't care about authorities.
