Going through life alone makes one look at things in a certain way and in a particular light than others who have people see it. I know that because when I finally found people, I noticed the changes almost immediately.

Time moved much faster than it had previously done, food tasted better, and you recognize that the air has so many different scents like when it was going to get ready to storm or flowers were in bloom.

It's crazy how people or a person can have such an effect on the way that someone sees the same mundane things that they encounter every single day of their lives, but it's true.

From the moment that Lecia, Cruz, and Nico had come into my life things had started to look different. Better. Cleaner. Happier. They filled a void in me that I hadn't even realized needed to be filled.
