Never in a million years did Marcus think that he will be chosen as the marriage candidate for the king of werewolves. Especially when he is a prince and not a princess! But the king made his choice and the humans are in no power to refuse him. For humanity's sake, you go along with it. But problem is that he isn't the only one married to him. He has to fight for the king's affection with other consorts. He finds that he has to brush on his skills and seduce and gain the affection of the werewolf king who is a hybrid. "What have you done?" Reina inquired Marcus.
She was not a fool, it took her only a second to understand that the man had turned off his humanity.
"I made it stop," Marcus let out and dropped the dad maid to the ground. He was feeling so alive that there were no words to describe how wonderful it felt not to care.
It would be like a dream that had come alive. It made me wonder why he had not tried being a vampire in the past years. You would have saved himself a lot of pain and suffering had he done so.
He would've spent his life living instead of holding onto moments that had already passed. Constantly wondering when you will find the cure to be happy again.
It was his mistake but not anymore. This was going to be his time, he was going to do whatever he wished to and chase the happiness that he truly deserved without anything weighing him down.
