Blanca took a deep, calming breath for herself and Dimitri. These men were powerful and dangerous. Somehow, her intuition told her that she couldn't trust Ellon, but she didn't have any choice. If the man could help Dimitri then, she had to take the risk and maybe regret it later.

Although Ellon looked as if he might be the prince of darkness, there was a sincerity about him. Something she couldn't fathom. But his words were fanning the smouldering embers of Dimitri's killing rage. She tried to keep him as calm as she could. "I found him buried in the cellar of a burned-down structure about six miles from here."

Dimitri's grip on Blanca tightened to the point of pain. Do not tell them anything. Dimitri murmured in her mind.

She breathed in.

"Dimitri." She said his name gently. You are hurting me."
