For the past few minutes, the sacrifices in front of Antioch and Cadmus had started bleeding out of their eyes, ears, and noses but they were still holding on.

"Cassius what is going, this is not supposed to happen until the final moments of the ritual.": Arwel said.

"Cassius what is going on they should have already woken up by now.": Great uncle Brac said.

"I don't know it feels as if someone is interfering with our Ritual."

"But this is impossible.": Arwel said.

"This should be the case unless someone has betrayed us and sold the time, runes, and build of the ritual to our enemies."

"But who would dare to betray us?"

"This is not the time to worry about that, you need to find a way to make sure my sons survive Cassius." I cried out.

'I knew they would interfere with the ritual when I gave them the information but have they betrayed me? They told me that nothing would happen to my sons, they swore an unbreakable oath to guarantee that their purpose is just to infiltrate the family and break it up.': Cassandra thought to herself.

The people taking part in the ceremony each had started with their own individual incantation all for the purpose of protecting the ritual, everyone who was invented to this occasion was a pledged ally so they would do their utmost to help the Peverell family.

"Cassius my boy you're still too green if our enemies can get a hold of such information and plot against your family." granny Slytherin said while glancing at Cassandra for a mere moment.

"Stay back we old-timers got this.": an old man with the coat of arms of Slytherin said as he and a dozen other old people from his generation stepped forward, taking out their wands and throwing them into the air.

""""Circulus Vitae Praesidium!"""": all of them cried out simultaneously as their wands which they threw out started hovering in the air shooting out golden sparks that started forming a golden dome surrounding the four Peverell boys protecting and healing them.

"Now we can only hope they wake up in the next few minutes or all hope is lost.": granny Ravenclaw commented.

"But why is the sacrifice in front of Archeron not bleeding or looks so strained?": I asked them.

"Because whatever they're encountering is not pushing the little wolf to his limits.": Granny Slytherin said with a grin seemingly happy that she would win their betting game.

"Don't get smug on me you old hag, I know you are already picturing yourself the winner of the game.": Granny Gryffindor suddenly said.

"So what if I do? Just look at Archerons performance, you idiot." she hissed back at her.

'What have I done? This is not supposed to play out like this.' Cassandra cursed herself for handing the faith of her sons to someone else even though these people were her family.
