After Anos returned, they spent all their time in the courtyard as Anos miss them too much and he now doesn't want to do anything for some time.

Ye Ziyun and Xiao Ning'er also returned 2 days later and were happy to find Anos as they also missed him during the month.

Anos spend his time with the girls and also sometimes studies the Nightmare demon spirit pot, but quickly lost interest as he and Ophis along with Grayfia did not need a demon spirit, but he still makes one for both Ye Ziyun and Xiao Ning'er as they still need it. They were still cultivating without a spirit because the technique chosen by Ophis doesn't require them to need a spirit to cultivate.

Anos also started to train to take control over his Origin Energy as it's still difficult for him to control.

While this was happening, Shen Yue got full control over the Sacred Family and exterminated even his brother and he took control of the array laid on everyone in the Sacred Family member's Soul Realm, he had done that as he doesn't want to die during the beast's horde and the whole Glory City was surprised but they were happier as a corrupted family got clean and now they have fewer things to worry for. Shen Yue also made everyone in the Sacred Family take their cultivation seriously as he wants his family to be the one to have the most contribution during the beast horde.

Nie Li was also doing his best by having a relationship with the City Lord, he even laid down the ten thousand demon spirit beast array early as he got the support of the Sacred Family, and he always tried his best to impress Ye Ziyun but she doesn't even bat an eye to him, he nearly got depressed seeing her attitude, but Shen Yue helped him at that time. Nie Li now have some good feelings for Shen Yue as he had always helped him, to the point of giving him the support of the whole Sacred Family, and Shen Yue had also helped him whenever he was depressed thinking about the future and the behaviour of Ye Ziyun.

Meanwhile, Anos had started to do experiments with his Origin Energy, he even tried to put it inside different beasts and plants, but all of them got destroyed as their body could not host the Origin Energy, seeing which Anos was curious about how to create a perfect vessel to host Origin Energy and he wants to do it himself, so he decided to do that when he went back to the DxD universe as of now, he wants to be with Ophis and others.

And just like that, the time for the beast horde come, Anos was standing on the City Wall with his group, and Ye Zong along with other family heads and Nie Li, Shen Yue and other people who helped the City throughout the time, was also standing there.

Nie Li, standing there was looking in the direction of Ye Ziyun, who was standing behind Grayfia, as showing respect to her master, the time she spent with Grayfia, made her have a cold aura around her as she was affected by Grayfia's personality, Ye Ziyun, of course, ignored his gaze, and she had gotten used to doing that.

Xiao Ning'er was also standing there, behind Ophis, who was munching on chocolate, she was also affected by her master's personality, but she only got her gluttonous nature, and she is always eating something, but it doesn't affect her body as she would simply burn down all the fat in her body with a thought, a trick thought to her by her master.

Anos standing there looked at everyone, they all are nervous but not so much as they had several legend ranks and many other black gold rank experts, so they only a little nervous but not that much scared.

After some time, the beast horde came and everyone started to attack them using different tactics and Anos standing on the wall looked at the horde, smiled and said,

Anos-"They should do for all of my experiments."

Anos then waved his hand and half of the beasts vanished, seeing that everyone standing behind him had a terrifying look on their face, as among those beasts, several were of Legend rank, so it was surprising for them, but the more surprising thing happened, Ye Ziyun and Xiao Ning'er jumped in the battlefield and started slaughtering beasts, wherever they went, blood flowed.

After some time, the beasts got cleared and everyone got a good reward for themselves as the demon spirits and their cores are going to be very useful along with their whole body to increase the strength of the Glory City.

After that day, it took them a week or two to clear the entire battlefield, as there were millions of beasts that had attacked the Glory City.

After that Nie Li left the city to train and he went to a different place and eventually end up in the Nether Realm, making friends with one of the biggest human families there as they seem to take an inscription master on high regards, after spending some time there and making allies for the Glory City, he left but on the way back, he met Ye Mo, the legendary Legend Rank of the Glory City, after talking for some time, Ye Mo asked him about everything happening in the city, to which Nie Li answered truthfully, hearing that Ye Mo was shocked that there are people so powerful leaving in the Glory City, and he knew about the realms above the Legend Rank, so he knew that they are more powerful then Legend Rank, but he was happy that his Granddaughter is a disciple of a person like that, but when Nie Li told him about Ye Ziyun butchering Legend Rank beasts like its nothing, he got shocked again. After hearing all about what was happening, they left towards Glory City.

While Nie Li was travelling, Ye Ziyun was standing in front of Anos nervously but then steeled her heart and spoke,

Ye Ziyun-"Teacher Anos, I would like to make a deal with you."

Hearing that Anos smiled and said,

Anos-"So you finally decided?"

Hearing that Ye Ziyun just nodded her head, she was not surprised about Anos knowing about it, she is already past that point and spoke,

Ye Ziyun-"Yes, Teacher Anos, In exchange for the Dragon Egg from the higher world, I would like for my mother to be revived."

While her wording may sound confident, but she was shaking, as she was looking in Anos's eyes, making her feel like an open book, and that is not a good feeling and she could feel that she is standing on the corner of a never-ending cliff, as one step wrong, she could fall.

Anos hearing that said,

Anos-"You could ask for anything, as the value of that egg is more than reviving a single person, you could ask for power, authority or even making you the god of this Universe, you could ask for anything."

Hearing that Ye Ziyun shook her head and quickly said,

Ye Ziyun-"No, Teacher Anos, all I want is my mother to be revived, nothing else."

Hearing that Anos shook his head and said,

Anos-"It's not that I am against reviving your Mother, but it's too small of a price and it can't compare with the price of Egg, So you could ask for something else, as long as I may do it."

Hearing that Ye Ziyun put a troubled face and looked at her master, who only looked at her with a blank gave but who knows what she is thinking as her ears are red, and looked at her best friend, who also looked back at her but said nothing, then she looked at Ophis who smiled seeing her and said,

Ophis-"You could ask for an unlimited amount of food."

Hearing that Ye Ziyun directly ignored her, making Ophis pout, so she went towards Anos and sat on his lap, Anos seeing that smiled and patted her head.

Ye Ziyun then looked at the last member of the group, Yu Yan, who seeing that said,

Yu Yan-"Why not ask for power or anything like that."

Hearing that Ye Ziyun shook her head and said,

Ye Ziyun-"I would like to have power through my hard work not like that."

Suddenly her eyes went wide and then she smiled and looked at Anos and said,

Ye Ziyun-"Then Teacher Anos, I want an all elemental affinity like Ning'er."

She had asked that because she knew that its an overpowered ability and she had seen Xiao Ning'er use different element at the same time, while she could use another element, it is far much weaker than compared to Xiao Ning'er, Anos hearing that smiled and looked at Ye Ziyun and said,

Anos-"Well it's quite a good thing you had asked for, with this, you could also master other elements."

Anos then closed his eyes and used his skill, 'Skill Creation', and created a skill, 'All Element Affinity', and then send it directly to Ye Ziyun.

Ye Ziyun who was standing in front of Anos suddenly crouched down and started screaming, seeing that Xiao Ning'er was about to help her but found herself unable to move, Anos turned towards her and said,

Anos-"Don't worry, she is getting a change in her soul, so, naturally, it's going to be painful as her affinity is different from yours, you got it from Ophis's snake, but you had made it yours slowly by training but Ye Ziyun is getting it at a single time."

Hearing that, Xiao Ning'er calmed down and looked at Ye Ziyun with worry, while Grayfia then looked at Anos and asked,

Grayfia-"Anos-sama, then how was I able to master every element?"

Anos-"Because being near me make it easier for your soul to get used to the elements and the more you master them, the more they assimilated in your soul, and if you were to reincarnate now, your element mastery is going to follow you."

Hearing that Grayfia nodded her head and smiled but don't say anything else as she knew that there is no point in saying thanks to Anos as she had done that many times already in the past but after some time, she was asked to stop that.

After some time, Ye Ziyun stopped screaming and stood up and looked at everyone and blushed as she thought of what she had done and quickly bowed her head and said,

Ye Ziyun-"I am Sorry everyone!! for this shameful behaviour!!"

Hearing that ANos said,

Anos-"You don't have to worry about that as your reaction was completely normal and I think we should go to your Mother's Grave to revive her quickly.

Hearing that Ye Ziyun smiled and took them with her,

I am sorry but it's going to take around 2-3 chapters to finish this 'TDG' arc somewhat as there are still many events happening in this novel.
