Plans and Preparations

A week has passed and the government has finally made it official for all the guilds to start preparing for war.

Yin at the guild training hall, training alone. She fighting some mechs equipped with swords. James enters the training hall and says "Hey Yin, good morning. Your so early here today. Did something good happen, huh?". Yin continues fighting those mechs even harder and doesn't respond. James then stops those mechs by pushing a button on the wall, he then jumps in front of Yin and says "What's the use of fighting something that doesn't even have its own will. How about a duel with me?".

Yin says "Your right about that and I need to get some steam of me and you happen to be the right person". James says "Ohhh you like me that much?". Yin says with a cold stare "It's not that I like you it's just that I won't have to be careful about not hurting you and I can go all out". James sweats nervously and thinks "Looks like she's in a bad mood, Tch. Well I can't back out now". He then says "Well then let's get st…". Just as James could finish talking Yin started attacking.

Yin used her super speed to get close to James and tries to throw an upper kick but James dodges it at the last minute. He says "Whew, that was fast. Your pretty good". After that, both of them fought for more than an hour. Everyone else was standing outside the training hall watching them. The training hall was a mess and it was not because they both were fighting. All the time James has only been able to land 2 strikes at Yin but Yin still managed to evade them. Yin was the only one attacking him all this time and caused the training hall to be in such a mess. Yin lost herself in thoughts and kept attacking James.

Meanwhile in Dawson's office room. A guy enters "Sir the government has made it official, we can start with our preparations now". Dawson smokes and smiles and says "Well well, I guess we better get started then". Another guy enters the room and explains what's happening in the training hall. Dawson "*Sighs….". Dawson reaches the training hall and enters. He sees the entire hall in a mess and everything is broken. James trips while dodging Yins' attacks, Yin takes this as a chance and tries to throw a punch at him. Just as she was about to attack Dawson steps in and stops her attack by holding her fist. Dawson then says "Stop and get back to your senses. We got work to do and as for fighting, don't worry you'll get to do that a lot very soon".

Yin comes back to her senses and looks around and sees the training hall. She then returns back to her room in the guild and so does James. Dawson says "Clean all this up and call everyone to the meeting hall". A guy responds "Yes sir". Dawson then leaves the hall. He looks at his hand which he used to stop Yin's attack. His hand was shaking and bleeding. Dawson smile and says "Damn you bitch. Just you wait till this war is over".

Later at the meeting hall.....

Dawson says "Looks like everyone is here. So let me start by saying this, as you already know by now that the government has given all the guild all clear to start preparing for the war. So we're gonna start preparing faster than other guilds. And there's a reason for this". Dawson then turns on the projector and shows the map of Luciana. He then says "As you can see this is the map of Luciana. Since it's too big we'll be dividing it into 5 sectors and deploying separate teams led by a leader. The sectors will be Sector - A, Sector - B, Sector - C, Sector - D and Sector - E".

Dawson then says "Any questions?". Jame raises his hands and asks "So how are we gonna pick the leader for each squad? Are we gonna do a vote or we'll get assigned?". Dawson replies "We would have gone for a vote but since this is a serious matter, each squad will be assigned a leader by me". Dawson then says "Since we're on this topic I might as well say who the squad leaders would be. I've already made a list. Let me see….hmm…." Dawson then shows the sectors along with the name of the squad leaders on the projector.

Sector A - James

Sector B - Yin

Sector C - Dawson

Sector D - A random guy

Sector E - A random guy

[Authors Note: Sectors D and E are given to other members of the guild]

Yin then says " Sector C is gonna be under you?". Dawson replies "Yes, I'm gonna lead a squad myself. You didn't expect me to sit and watch as my fellow members fight. Did you now?". Yin looks the other way. Dawson clenches his fist under the table and whispers "Why you little…b". He then says "Well that's all for now. I hope everyone does their best and take preparation we won't be having any more meetings anytime soon. We only have 3 days left before the war. Good luck everyone". Dawson and the others then leave the room.

Yin still sitting in the chair thinks to herself "Sector C, isn't that…no it can't be I guess I'm thinking too much I should get some rest". Yin then says with rage "After all, I've got to take down the villain".

While the Dawn Guild had finished up with their meeting the Hex Empire started their meeting. Yang sitting on the chair drowsing off. Hammond and the others enter the room. Everyone is staring at Yang but he's still asleep. A guy next to Yang sneezes hard to wake him up "*Achoo". Yang gets startled and wakes up. He says "Holy sh*t. You scared me. I thought a bomb went off". He then looks around and realizes he's in a meeting. He then clears his throat, sits straight and says "Erm.. what are you looking at? Let's start the meeting already"

By coincidence, they had the same idea as the Dawn Guild. They decided to divide their groups into 5 Squadrons and each have its own commanders. Hammond says "Here's the list of squadrons along with their commanders.

1st Squadrons - Yang

2nd Squadrons - Skull

3rd Squadrons - Hammond

4th Squadrons - Lena

5th Squadrons - A random guy

The meeting went for another hour or so. Later everyone left the room and Yang went back to his home. At night Yang took out the map of Luciana and tried to figure something out. He thought the way the squadrons were deployed at each site felt a bit weird and he suspected something was up. He marked all the places on the map and found only one place suspicious and the place was assigned to the 3rd squadron which was led by Hammond himself.

"Hahahaha, turns out I was right. It's the same place as the "Great Dungeon". Looks like there's something else you're looking for and not just the war. Isn't that right Hammond?".

Hammond goes underground and opens a big door. The room was dark but there was a presence of something big and pure evil. Meanwhile, Dawson drinking wine and looks at an old cup. The cup was the holy grail. It was shiny with gold around it.
