Side Story 8-3: Gang Wars, Part 3

In this town of squalor…

A man finds a way to end the gang wars once and for all.

He, after all, lost many of his friends and family to the seemingly never-ending rivalry between the Black Stalkers and the Jaloux Liberators, and has seen firsthand the bloodshed they sparked, as well as thoroughly researched the history between them.

He will be instrumental in divulging the truth about the abducted women, thus putting the finger-pointing and false accusations to an end.

His name is Aldrin Kingston Jemznexus, code name Soldier X93.

To start off his lone wolf mission, Aldrin equips a body cam, so that the videos he records will serve as evidence that a "third party" is behind the abductions.

His first course of action is to determine who exactly abducted Rosemary Ping Thorns, which sparked another instance of the gang wars after a brief standstill.
