Phoebe's P.O.V

"So sinasabi mo ba na wala na sila Emerald, Leo at Hakun?" Tanong ko sa kanila.

"Yes, I tried to stop Emerald's father—The duke but.." Alpha said while rubbing his temple.

"How can we do this if they're not here? We are prophesied to be 10! Now there's only Eight peculiars left!" Alpha said, his eyes shut and his expression confused.

"Jusko, oi. Wag ka nga pa-tanga tanga! Kahit pa naman ay wala sila ay makaka-galaw parin tayo. Meron rin kaya tayong mga ability!" Naiinis na sambit ni Hushy.

"Meron rin kami ni Sergio pang-dagdag sa team, Meron ni naman kaming ability!" Ani ni Chippy.

Napa-tango rin naman si Chloe at Hushy aa sinabi ni Chippy.

Then, if wala si Hakun. Sino na ang kakampi ko ngayon?

I thought of myself, what's going to happen. Si Hakun lang ang nakaka-intindi talaga sa akin.

Napa-tingin naman kaming lahat sa kanya.

"Alam ko rin na hindi ka naniniwala pero meron ka ring ability, Meadow." I heard Alpha's calm voice convincing Meadow.

"Oo nga babe, kaya kung ako ikaw. Gagamitin ko talaga yang ability ko to show off." Ani ni Chippy while proceeding sa likod niya and started braiding her hair.

But then she did nothing than to heave a small sigh.

"Oo na, naniniwala na ako kaya isantabi niyo muna yan kasi may dinner pang gaganapin at inimbitahan tayo." She said.

"Nino? Jowa mo?" Biro ni Chloe.

"Oo nga, Pands. Jowa mo?" Pasikot ring tanong ni Chummy.

"Sino may Jowa?" Tanong ni Sergio.

"Hindi, wag ngang OA. Wala akong jowa. Dinner lang kasama ang president ng School." Meadow said.

"Oo nga dinner lang." Naglalaway na sambit ni Hushy.

"Diba? Edi punto tayo?"

"May cake diba?" Tanong ni Hushy.

"Di lang cake, Ice cream rin ata meron. So punta tayo?" Unsure na sagot ni Meadow.

"Sige punta tayo!" Hushy agreed. Tapos na high-five ang dalawa.

"The school's president?Baka meron tayong makuhang clue sa paghahanap ng sinasabi ni Hakun na may magic?" Chloe stated.

Napatingin nalang ako kay Alpha at hindi niya naman ito napansin ngunit napa-tango nalang siya.

"Sige, magbihis muna kayo." Ani niya kaya umalis yung iba naming kasama para magbihis.

Patungo na kami sa Mansion daw nila Shadow. Wala naman akong na-fefeel ngayon kahit tahimik masyado ang kotse.

Una kong napansin ay nung pasok kami sa front door ay may mga maid na nagbo-bow sa amin at meron pa ring isang door.

Then pag pasok namin ay nakita ko na may dalawang crow na naka-upo sa living room.

Then woman crows hair is color bleached light blue while her eyes are royal purple the man have a a Maroon colored hair while his eyes are perfectly black.

Bigla ko namang narinig humalakhak si Sky at bigla naman ako napatingin sa direksyon ni Sky.

"Batiin mo kaya ng ganyan, Bluve?" Suggest niya.

Napatingin naman ako kay Bluve na parang confused yung bukha pero tumango nalang.

"Sige, If I find a chance." Bluve replied.

Si Chloe at si Hushy naman ay napa-ubo ng sandali.

Then out of the sudden ay napatindig ang mga parents ni Shadow at napatingin sa amin.

"Kids, You're here na pala?" Ani ni Astrid. Omygosssh.

She scanned our faces but stopped when her eyes darted on me.

Di naman ako nag-dalawang isip na kainin lahat ng naka-handa sa Hapag-kainan. Like, Hello? Once in a while lang kaya ang masasarap na food na ganito.

While I was digging in, Wala namang nagsalita sa aming lahat. It was silent. The only thing I could hear was the sound of fork and spoons colliding.

The others looked at me, lahat ng ginagawang pag-kain nila ay nagsitigil at dumako lang talaga sa akin ang mga mata.

"Go ahead, continue eating while I talk." Ani ko.

Lahat ng mga bata ay nagsi-kain pero si Astrid at Archer ay naka-tingin parin sa akin.

"So Phoebe was it?" Pagsisimula ni Astrid.

Napa-lunok laway nalang ako.

"Yes po." I answered.

"What do you want to talk about." I didn't answer. I could hear the colliding sounds of the untensils but alam ko rin na nakikinig silang lahat. Waiting for my answer.

Halaka, ba't na ba kasi ako nagsalita? I might not see the others but nakikinig silang lahat sa sasabihin ko.

Chippy's P.O.V

Di ako nakikinig.

Ewan ko ba kung makikinig ako or not but parang wala naman lang nagsasalita.

So di nalang ako makikinig.

Then, Naubos ang laman ng pinggan ko.

I don't know what to do at nakakahiya rin magpa-refill ng pagkain laya hindi na ako kakain at manonood nalang.

My eyes darted in 3 figures na hindi kumakain.

"Uhm..forget it po. Wala po akong gustong sabihi—Este. Nakalimutan ko po ang aking sasabihin." Narinig kong sabi ni Phoebe.

Di ko alam pero mas napapawisan si Phoebe when Astrid mention about the scarf.

"Ahahaha, nabili ko po ito." Ani ni Phoebe.

"Wow, that's nice! I only knew na limited edition yan na scarf and They only sold about 3 pieces all over the world. You must be very rich." Astrid commented.

Napa-tawa naman ng awkward si Phoebe.

"A-ahaha—haha.... nabili ko lang po to sa Ukayan..." Phoebe answered.

Then nag simula nang kumain ang tatlo, si Phoebe naman ay kahit kumakain ay nakatulala siya. Malayo ang iniisip.

Matapos namin kumain nandito na kami sa living room,   Eating straberry shortcakes isa-isa.

We and Shadow's parents talked about life at nung tinanong si Sky at Chummy ay di sila naka-tapos sa mga rants nila.

Doon namin na-discover na huge fan pala si Sky ni Astrid at Si Chummy naman ay huge fan ni Archer.

Hindi kami nandito lahat sa room kasi si Meads mylabs ay nasa labas kasi sabi niya daw na napansin niya na malaki ang field sa labas at gusto niyang tumakbo.

Ofcourse nandito ako, supportive future husband.

Yes, alam kong marami na akong naging past husbands and wives at ang iba nga ay may anak kasama ko pero si Meadow.

Natawa rin naman si Astrid.

"Sige—sige!" She agreed at kumuha siya ng Marker.

Tumayi rin naman si Shadow with his plate on his hands.

"Hugas muna ako ng plato." Sabi niya then umalis na siya.

Looking sa fun nila Chummy at Sky ay natapos ang autograph.

"Yehey! Ahahaha May autograph na!" Tuwang tuwa na parang di na makahinga si Sky.

Si Chummy rin ay malapad talaga ang ngiti.

"Okay guys, I also heard na Meron ring nag birthday?" Tanong ni Astrid.

Tumahimik rin naman ang lahat. Ang mga mata namin ay hinahanap ang kung sinong nag-birthday.

Then it crossed my mind.

"Hala—Oo nga boss! Happy birthday!" Masaya ring bati ko.

Nagulat naman siya, doon lang namin nalaman na birthday niya nga pala.

Binati siya ng marami.

"Uhm.. Every year rin ay nag cecelebrate rin sa amin—ang Cambridge ngayong araw kasi Birthday rin daw ng Prinsepe." Paalala ni Chummy.

Napatingin kaming lahat kay Alpha.

Napahinto naman siya.

"Huh? So you are the Prince of Animalia!? It's a pleasure to mert you! Happy Birthday!" Gulat na bati ni Archer.

Nagulat rin kami kasi bigla-bigla rin niyang shi-nake ang hands ni Alpha.

Napa-ngiti rin naman siya.

"Oh, wait right here." Ani ni  Astrid habang naglakad papalayo.

Napatingin naman si Chloe at Si Alpha sa isa't isa.

Si Bluve at Chummy ay nakatingin sa baba.

Hala, What's up? Anong meron, Bluve at Chummy?

Napatingin rin naman ako kay Archer.

"So sir, Besides being an actor ano pa po Ang ibang trabaho mo?" I asked.

He was starled at first but then spoke.

"I'm a manager." He answered.

Napansin ko na agad dumapo ang mata ni Bluve sa kanya.

"Ng ano po?"

"Ng VTS." Ani niya in which ikina-salita ni Bluve.

Bluve did not smile, he did not frown either—atleast he did not put emotion but intrest was written all over his eyes.

Tapos nakipag kamayan ang dalawa.

Ako ang nag tanong, dapat ako rin ang nakipag kamayan kay Mr Archer.

Then so on ay bumalik na si Miss Astrid na may hawak na kahon.

"Here that's for both if you." Sabi ni Miss Astrid at inilapag between ni Chloe at ni Alpha.

"What's this?" Alpha asked.

"Just open it." Sabi ni Astrid.

Then when they both other the box ay may isang headband na crown kay Chloe.

Kay Alpga naman ay may Apat na maliliit na pakpak ng parang anghel.

"What's this?" Tanong ni Alpha.

Napa-ngiti naman si Archer.

"Yes, That was mine long ago but since That thing is useless that's yours now." Sabi niya.

Alpha figured out what this was at inilagay niya ito sa kanyang sapatos. Then so when he stood up he flew.

"That's wings that could help you fly." Sabi ni Astrid.

"Wow! Ibon!" Chummy teased.

Alpha just smirked.

Si Chloe on the other hands ay inilagay niya sa ulo niya ang parang headband at to her surprise, The golden headband's design turned with Planets and Stars floating around it.

"Those are handy, I thin. And Fashionable. Akin yan at never ko pa yan nagamit but since malaki-laki na ang ulo ko ay sayo na yan." Nahihiyang sambit ni Astrid.

Natawa naman si Chloe.

"Thank you then." Pagpapasalamat ni Chloe.

Ahhh, Shucks. Ang init.

Labas nga muna ako.

Tumindig ako kaya napa-tingin sa akin ang lahat.

"San ka punta?" Tanong ni Alpha.

"I need air, ang init eh." I said.

Napa-tango naman siya kaya lumabas na ako living room.

In which nandito na ako sa Kitchen. Then nakita ko yung sliding door.

Lumabas ako, then pag labas ko, I could feel the breeze in the air.  I looked back and saw the Kitchen.

Napa-ngiti ako.

Now wondering. Hala Oo nga no! Nandito si Meadow my labs!

Hinanap ko siya, I saw a huge field with a swimming pool. Sa tabi naman ng bahay may dalawang stairs, sa left at sa right.

I know na kung sa left ako patungo ay sa parking lot yun kaya pumunta ako sa right.

Umakyat ako and to my surprise, It was a garden. May magandang stairways patungo sa isang garden.

I was so mesmerized but then I heard a giggle.

To dear Emperia, It sounds so sweet like music in my ears.

I climbed up and then up.

Then I couldn't haar her voice now but it's obvious na nandito siya.

Then. To my last step ay nandito na talaga ako sa may bench na garden nang nakita ko ang figure niya her head tilted sidewards, di ko maiwasang tawagin ang pangalan niya.

"Meadow—" but before That, I saw beside her—Shadow.

Tabi niya. Kissing her forehead.

I froze.

I took one step backwards. Unable to say anything.
