Blackout neighborhood

Kai cuts the call since he heard nothing just the glitching sound made on the telephone.

He moved his attention back to the vehicle outside, he was astounded that his folks didn't stroll in. It have taken about fifteen minutes he finished the call with Hiroshi. "What on earth are they doing outside?". He strolled down the stairs and went near the door. He glanced through the pinhole yet didn't see anybody, he could see their lawn because of the light

He was unable to see farther than it.

"What on the heck mum?". He was going to open the door when he heard strides, weighty strides. His hand went still and at that point, he heard voices, men talking in a low tone like murmurs. His heart clenched and goosebumps went through his body. The voices were turning out to be clear as they come closer strolling towards the door.

"You think the kid is sleeping?" A profound voice asked in a husk.

"It's late, so he ought to" Another voice but extremely female.

"Y'know school kids keep late nights nowadays"

"Whatever, take the light out. We could begin from that point" The ladylike voice encouraged and promptly the light went out.

Kai's heart skipped vigorously, he could feel the beat and his breath was weighty. "Who on earth are these people?". He pussyfooted away from the door however before he could arrive at the stairway, the entire light in the house went out. "Whadda'", Kai ran up as quick as possible. He went into his room and saw that sweats were at that point tingling him. His heart was beating vigorously.

"I got to call mum" He snatched his telephone and dialled her as quick as possible. He waited but the telephone did not indicate that the call went through. He attempted over and over yet nothing.

"Fuck"

"Hi Botan"

"What's up Hiroshi, it's late and why did you call?" Botan yawned. His voice was sleepy which shows he has hit the hay for some time.

"Sorry for upsetting you, this is as a result of Kai" Hiroshi apologized.

"What about him?"

"I was chatting with him on the telephone, and out of nowhere the call cut off"

Botan rests back, his voice still tired. "Cut off?, How? Dail him again perhaps it's a network issue"

"That is the problem, my calls are not going through"

"Strange" Botan told himself. "Very much let me check it out, I'll hit you up" Botan went off the phone.

Hiroshi murmured. A couple of moments Botan called back.

"What did you get?" Hiroshi inquired.

"My calls are not going through either" Botan's voice sounded stressed.

"Do you suppose anything is awry?"

"Well I don't have the foggiest idea, let me affirm from the telephone line workers" Botan went off once more.

Hiroshi stepped to the kitchen and got himself some coffee. He put down the coffee mug with its saucer on the table. He was going to add cream to it when his telephone rang, it was Botan.

"So?"

"The telephone line workers said that all region is liberated from network issues except the house telephone line was jammed"

"In any case, Kai couldn't jam their telephone line" Hiroshi's voice was somewhat tense.

"I think something is off-base, I'll get together with you" Botan rushed out of his bed.

Hiroshi ignores the ruffles "You going to drive?"

Botan was quiet for quite a while, "well I will like to check on him now so I think I'll be accompanying Aoi".

"Alright, I'll get Fuji rolling, he could give us data when he arrives"

"Alright" Botan nodded then cuts the call.

Hiroshi dailed Fuji. "Did anybody find out or did Kai express something to anybody", he questioned his considerations cause he realize that Kai was not much of a talker.

"Hi, ace Hiroshi" Fuji's voice was dynamic and uproarious music was heard from his place.

Hiroshi pondered where he was, " Fuji, I believe that you should go to Kai's home at this point"

Fuji turned down the music "Why?".

"There's something wrong, just go"

Fuji inhaled out, he checked the time and it was at that point late, "what might have happened to Kai?". He cleared his contemplations, "Alright, I'll be coming".

Hiroshi tasted his coffee and he dialled Kai once more yet it didn't go through. He dropped his telephone, "something is amiss".

...............

"Fuck, fuck, fuck" Kai tossed his telephone on his bed, he sat on the floor with his back laying on the door of his room.

He heard a clanging sound on the kitchen window board. "Are they attempting to break in?" Kai glanced through the side window of his room and he saw that there was a blackout in his neighbourhood. "For what reason ain't they fretted over it". Once more, the clanging commotion returned and it appears as though they were having their way into the house. Kai's heart gripped, he summoned a little boldness and left his room. He went towards the stairs, moved down and stroll to a corner in the sitting room where he could have a reasonable perspective of the kitchen.

He saw glimmers of torchlights at the kitchen window, and then, at that point, he start to hear a few voices, " The kitchen window is open".

"That is great" A voice complimented.
