Chapter Twelve 

Nalani struggled to get up from the floor as more water sprinkled down on her in a quick outburst it seemed the controls of the tap were out to get her for every wheel she turned more water sprinkled her down and her bodice has been soaked by the time she finally found a way to stop the water from full-on blowing out she relaxed at the edge of the room well that would be an absolute horror to get a bath every day this is why the classic water in a bucket back at her cottage would have sufficed she barely had enough clothes and now this it should be locked for all she cared as long as it was far away from her as humanly possible sighing she shook her head at the door board continuously.

"And here I thought you couldn't get any dumber you have proven me wrong once again you have left the room in absolute dismay and spilled water on the glass even your whole life couldn't afford" Oliver spat at her 

"Do you want something Alpha or is my being bounded in chains not enough for you?" Nalani spoke up in rage.

Ryder growled in warning this female might have an aura that confuses them both but this was still his pack and he was still her alpha and for that her leader she would not disrespect him moving to where she is he stared her down to which she squirmed and fidgeted with her fingers why was this female so confusing she was one thing this moment and another thing the next she did not realize that her innocence and timidity increased his carnal lust for her he was a wolf and a predator and her playing prey was one of the worst torture he had ever been made to face....." healer seems you've lost your voice now, now speak say what cursed thought you have in your heart for me am sure they must still be a lot considering the few you spilled at the halls earlier " Oliver spoke up to which Nalani gasped in fear 

"yo…u.y..ou heard that" Nalani mumbled in fear as her heart pumped blood at an abnormally insane rate to this Oliver's face contorted in displeasure could a human healer's heartbeat at such a fast rate surely this was strange looking at her directly in the eyes he stretched forth his hands and pulled her to him. 

Nalani lost balance and fell straight into the arms of the alpha she watched his shirt quickly drain with the puddle of water from her hair dripping slowly on him Nalani tried to move away but it seemed the alpha had other ideas as he held her tightly any more tighter and he would break her ribs leaning awkwardly at the alpha she grew warm to her skin noticing his arms where around her she grew warm in the cheeks, of course, his arms where around her that was how he was able to stop her from tumbling to the ground and making more a fool of herself 

Oliver held unto the female which he had brought into his home and settled a room away from his if this was a vixen then she was truly an enchanting one for she had him wrapped around her little finger it could be the fact that he had not had a female in his bed for many years maybe if he had her she would be out if his system but her in his arms right now was utter perfection and he did not want her to move but a single inch away from him having sent her away he had all but counted the hours down ad he stared at his office click wishing it to go faster but instead it dragged on for eternity you could imagine him finding out trough the pack link that the weird healer from Cordelia cottage was seen looming lost around the halls he had laughed at her innocence but when a pack male had made suggestive remarks about showing her the way to her amateurs he had all but ordered them to go to work and the boy would be spending the night on patrol duty that would keep him busy enough not to be interested in her. He was the only one allowed to stare at the beauty he knew she was an open game and could be a pack members mate but still, he burned for her and hid neither region showing his respect to her by creating an imprint on his trouser she had gasped and tried to get away from him but his wolf would have non of that.

Standing straight and gaining her balance she cleared her throat awkwardly moving away from the alpha she moved to where she had abandoned her bag ransacking it for a night dress she picked up the first one she saw.  it came out with a struggle as it flew straight out of the bag with it a bra it flew and landed straighten the alohas face he stood in shock and her in terror as she freaked turning paper white she pleaded for her life 

"I…i.a..m a..o..r.ry A.l..pha" Nalani managed to get out as Oliver picked up the bra from the ground in amusement using his two fingers he studied it. Nalani blushed in embarrassment as she flushed red taking the bra in a rush she put it back where it came from, of course, she had embarrassed herself once again in front of the alpha no less she had caused so much havoc and chaos she would think her to be an enigma of destruction after all she had all but made mistakes and gotten into trouble since her introduction to him he must think her a walking mess hiding her face with her hair she looked on quietly.

"my reason for coming here was to tell you the body has been identified by an old couple and the burial rights would be taking place tomorrow seeing as it is not a joyous affair she would be laid to rest as one would a hero she was a youth and therefore a huge link to the packs' growth her murderers are still yet to be found and until then you remain here as a suspect you are not to leave the park for you would be treated as fugitive/rouge until then try not to bring my home down press the first button and turn the wheel the water that should fill the tub would be temperature appropriate have your bath and retire for the night…" Oliver spoke to Nalani 

"yes alpha" she nodded, taking in all the information that alpha Oliver had said, Nalani turned on the tub according to his instructions warm water poured out into the tub as she searched for bathing salt and scents she added it to the water moving to remove the strap of her dress she looked back at the door expecting the Aloha to get the memo to which he nodded and left her to herself ensuring the four were properly locked she searched her satchel for her herbs adding them to the water she sank in Cordelia never mentioned why she had to add the herbs to her water other than for protection and she had blindly trusted her opinions, after all, she was getting only parent, guardian, and protector. If only she had known better

"The plan had been very simple to kill the alpha so somebody should better start talking "the voice in the dark corner commanded 

"he had barely escaped with grave injuries, you have nothing to worry about for the next time we shall meet he shall not be so lucky "the second voice who would later be known as the Elmentor spoke 

"you are not being offered the exchange for barely we have suffered great losses due to you negligence and thus will cost our deal greatly screw this job once more and you won't have a head, we have no chances for negligence and a even bigger no business attached if you cannot do the job then I assure you there is plenty to go around we shall find another of your kind bigger and stronger even do not think yourself supreme". the voice spoke again 

"The mission would be done by the time I speak with you next, I assure you to keep your end of the bargain and I will keep mining .this time he shall get more than just a burn " the elementor spoke 

"your words carry no weight without proof find a way to get to him and we shall reach out to you for your services keep yourself as discreet as you can be another chance would make due itself and we shall not miss it till then we wait and buy time is that clear elementor"
