Chapter 4 Expressionless

"Welcome sir".

She said as a tall man in a black suit, with brown hair, straight lips, and handsome walked out of the car. He walked straight into the hotel as bodyguards followed directly behind and beside him. He looked at the reception and saw a tall sexy light-skinned woman that stood behind a woman yelling at the receptionist. She had caught his attention just by the color of her skin. It was as white as snow.

He stopped and walked in her direction as the bodyguards followed him back to back. The receptionist had seen him walk in. He was terrified as he saw him walking towards them. He bowed.

"Welcome sir".

"What is going on here?" He asked looking at the receptionist as his eyes moved to the lady in white.

"Oh great, your manager is here". Sofia added turning her attention to him." Your employee doesn't seem to know his job".

He turned, looking at the receptionist as his eyes narrowed back to her. "Is there anything we can do to fix this problem of yours?" He asked.

"Well, the room I booked doesn't seem available, I must as well take my leave". Sofia added.

"We are sorry for the misunderstanding if we could give you something similar".

"And does this similar suit my taste?"

"How about you see for yourself?" He said gesturing a hand to one of the concierges. "Would you mind showing this nice lady our VIPs?"

"Yes sir". The man said as he gestured to her. "This way ma'am".

Zhavia started towards the elevator as Sofia followed behind her. He glanced at her again and started walking towards the elevator by the left as bodyguards followed behind. Sofia watched him as they entered the elevator by the right.

"He seems like a nice guy". She said as they got in. "He seemed patient".

"Well, I'm not patient". Sofia hadn't noticed the anger in zhavia's tone. "You don't just know when to stop talking". Zhavia said not minding the man in front of them.

"I'm sorry if I kept you waiting for long miss McKay, I just hate stupid people a lot". Sofia said realizing how furious she was.

"I just want to sleep, Sofia".

"We're here". The man said as the elevator door opened. "You share the same hallway with Mr. Ross". He said briefly as they started walking in the direction of the room. Sofia walked directly behind him and zhavia beside her.

He suddenly stopped in front of a golden door as he swiped the master card and opened the door. They both walked into a large room and a smile spreads across Sofia's lips. Zhavia only stared for a second. Her expressionless face never changed as she walked in.

The walls and furniture were of the same brand. The large master-sized bed, the mattress, and the ottoman table were golden colored, likewise the centered rug. The chandelier that glittered directly above the centered furniture looked like it cost a fortune. The floor glittered due to the reflection of light that had a little stroke of diamonds glistening around it rather, giving the room a royal-like aura.
