[LADY SULTAN]

In the household of the Hughes, royals and nobility family, noted for its opulent of their handsome son, Charles Hughes and no daughter or any other son to accompany the young sir. But the death of the parents of the young prince was tragic indeed.

The destiny of the young prince is held and nurtured in the hands of the grandparents.

(Trumpet blows)

"To the right, Lord Robinson." The prince's grandfather instructs.

"A to G-16."

"My lord, I feel is my duty to tell you of the invitation to the Eve Ball that is being hosted by the Sultans." The palace messenger announces.

"Ball?"

"Yes, your highness, the card was sent in this morning"

"Well, there have been rumblings that are for the spotlights of the bachelors and single ladies of every kingdom..."

"Oh, that's lovely, you will inform the prince right away" The old lady smiled with so much delight at the thought of her grandson getting himself a wife from the Eve ball.

"Oliver, a word, please." The slim messenger walks forward and bows his head to hear the old lord.

"Yes, My Lord"

"Announce to the town people"

He bows his head and walks out through the exit door by the corner.

"E4 to J, Lord Gregson please can you move to the left please..."

"Any sign of him yet?" Grandma asked one of the guards.

(SIGHS)

"where is he?"

"He went to the stable, Ma"

"Hmm"

Charles walks into the room and spots his grandmother talking to one of the guards.

"Charles! You are here." (SIGHS)

"Of course, I am here mother"

"Oh, before I go, there is an invitation to the Eve ball, hosted by the Sultans, so tell your maids to bring the finest clothes, my son is attending a ball" She chants as she walks out of the room. The prince laughs because the old lady has never ceased to amaze him.

(TOWN BELL RINGS)

(BIRDS PECKING)

(CLINK OF THE KETTLES)

(SCREAMINGS OF SELLERS AND BUYERS)

"Sir! we got the best apples of the season" Prince Charles walks down the town grounds to visit the orphanage homes. He stops to buy freshly cornbread imported overseas and European teas.

Steps into the familiar orphanage home as many children of different sizes, heights and colours embraced him tightly.

"I brought this for you, I knew you would be so hungry so I decided to avoid that tonight."

"Thank you so much, sir, we owe you a lot" One of the mothers seated by the corner of the room spoke up.

"No, it's fine, you don't need to thank me, I am fine and I do not mind helping with your welfare." The face of the mothers and children lit up in joy.

(LADY SULTAN)

" It has been said, Of all men in all the land, none has ever seemed to attract in the helping of the impecunious. If that should be true, this author would love to smile at the generosity of the Benevolent of the Prince."

"The princess rides off her horse into the town, dusty roads covered with many humans trading whatever they could to save them from dying of poverty. Traders of different gender, and butchers of different sizes, depending on their muscles and calves drew a lot of gold and silver into their pockets.

Kleopatra, certainly knows the end of the suffering will come to an end when the time comes, indeed."

👸🏾~

"Certainly, I don't like the looks of this town"

(FAINT CHUCKLINGS)

(HORSE NICKERING)

The adventurous princess look at the ladies by the side of the road giggling at her. She rides past them down into the town.

(RUSTLING) The sounds of the bushes by the right side of the road shake furiously as Kleopatra looks deeply to see what it would bring. (CHILDREN GIGGLE) A rabbit jumps out in one hop with two little children behind it with their wooden sticks.

(BABY CRYING)

"It feels so different, look at all these children and hopeless mothers" She stops by a lady with ten children and one other child carried on her back. Gives the sack of biscuits and milk to the lady before waving to her with a smile. The town bell looked big by the time you ride down the hilltop of the dusty roads. The horse stops at the front of a small cottage that had wood scratched into words that can be read perfectly. " The mother's home"

Walking in she sees a lot of children seated by the wall of the terrible house, cracks of the floor connecting to the roof, it's not good looking but what can I say, it's affordable.

"Is this where they sleep?" She asked worriedly.

"Yes indeed, they have no choice." A lady walks up to her answering each of her obtainable questions.

"I will send in a lot of bread, milk and fruits, 'cause that is my duty as the prin....." Oops, the princess indeed can not disclose her true self to the people. She has come for a mission here and she will remain to disclose her identity till whenever the time calls for it.

"Your point is?" She asked with so much confusion written all over her face.

(CLEARS THROAT)

"I am saying that I have come to help and provide these home with everything it needs" She smiles widely. She hands over the basket of food she had retrieved from the kitchen this morning to the lady at her front, the lady's eyes pop out widely at the sight of different foods and the mass of it. Hugging the princess tightly was the only appreciation the lady could afford to do at the moment.

"Thank you so much, Is a pleasure and on the behalf of the house we are all grateful"

The princess truly was always insightful and helpful...

Walking down the muddy road with her horse lead line in her right finger. Before the bell rings for noon, she is expected to be at the palace before lunch, so running down the hill will only make things worse and messy.

Prince Charles is so smitten by the beauty that walked passed him as he departed the orphanage home. She is lovely and charming and her hair looks like the sky at night. Running my hands through them will be my only and greatest satisfaction but really who is she? He follows behind her quietly, then stops as she mounts her horse heading for the woods. Running through that wood is dangerous but if not for the sound of the bell ringing, he would have run into the woods in search of her. The prince would surely put a smile on his cheeks the whole day, for the thoughts of the beauty have struck him down to a love potion.
