Gilas blinked in both excitement and honest surprise as his ears took in the exact words that Clara just said to him. It was both vague and straightforward enough that there could be different interpretations to it depending on how he wanted to look at it. And yet… He was pretty sure that Clara just gave him permission to do what he had hoped to do to her last night before they got into that unanticipated ice bath.
