The Missing Vest
Originally, Ye Chenfeng had planned to release his album two months from now, but he deliberately moved it up by one month to coincide with Huo Xingyun's new song release, all in an effort to undermine Huo Xingyun.
During their last appearance on a variety show, both Ye Chenfeng and Huo Xingyun's public personas went out of control simultaneously. Surprisingly, Ye Shengge chose to save Huo Xingyun instead of his own brother. Moreover, Huo Xingyun, ever the meddler, went on to defend Ye Shengge and insulted Ye Chenfeng, even suggesting that he should take a good look at himself.
Just reminiscing about it made Ye Chenfeng slam his hand on the table in frustration.
This time, he intentionally moved up his album release date because he was confident that his new song would outsell Huo Xingyun's. It was a perfect opportunity to strike back at Huo Xingyun's arrogance. He wanted to make sure Huo Xingyun knew that helping Ye Shengge wouldn't lead to a good outcome.
