As soon as she asked the question she could see his uncomfortable and unsure expression.

"If you do not wish to, there is no need to" she stated, not wanting to make Damian feel uncomfortable.

"I have a simple Pyro Soul Spirit that I understand the basic uses of, but as you can see I am very tired," replied Damian, finding an excuse for not using his Soul Spirit.

"Yes, you must have been working hard. But anyway, for the next lessons there is no need for you to come into class if you don't want to and I will mark the academy records as though you have been coming to all the lessons" offered the teacher, seeing how much Damian already knew.

"I would appreciate that and it would allow me to gain more knowledge in the library" accepted Damian.

"Not that your lessons aren't good" added Damian seeing her expression change slightly.
