"Wait, wait, wait. Hold up! Is this what I think it is? For real?!"

Aurum was really shocked when he heard those words inside his head.

[DING! Combat System intializing... Update: Beat 50 people to unlock the system.]

He decided not to take this seriously as he thought that he is just tired. While he was walking back home towards his house, he saw a 50-man gang who was waiting right in front of his house.

"Well this is just perfect. Is this just a coincidence, or does the system already determines what is about to happen next?" Aurum contemplated.

"Hey Aurum! You damn bastard! You're going to pay for pummeling me a week ago!" a scar-faced man said.

"Huh? What did you say? Did I do that a week ago? Hmmm, let me think... I can't really remember beating up someone is as weak and as ugly as you are. However, I do recall beating someone who sounds like a little b*tch crying to his daddy for help. Hahaha!" Aurum chuckled.

"YOU BASTARD! You're doing this on purpose, aren't ya!? You're trying to humiliate me in front of my men!" Scar-face shouted back.

"Look what we have here, are you mad because I hit the nail? Or perhaps did I hit it too hard?HAHAHA!" Aurum smirked while provoking him.

Scar-face's blood was boiling intensely with anger that he could just rip his skull off and drink his blood right now. Although he was in rage right now, he still tried to keep himself cool for he can't show this kind of behavior in front of his lackeys.

"Go on keep on laughing right now. Let's see who's gonna beg for mercy right now. I'll pay you back a hundred fold for pummeling me and trying to humiliate me!" Scar-face shouted.

Aurum, at the moment, was really impatient because he really want to know if what he heard in his head earlier was true or not. During his free time he kept reading and reading on some novels and found some protagonists who got a system given to them. But he never thought that he would have his own system one day.

"Enough with the small talk..."

Aurum started to run.

"I'll swing! I'll hit! I'll beat the hell out of everyone who is in my way right now!" Aurum shouted like a psycho maniac who's about to do a massacre.

Inside Aurum's mind, all he could think of was killing them. He got punched, kicked, wounded, and some even threw some chairs at him. But he still kept swinging his bat while having a smile on his face.

"[DING! Host has beaten 40 people... 10 more to go!]

"HAHAHA! IT REALLY IS REAL! This is the best! Now don't move around so much and lemme beat you up and I promise you, I'll make it as painless as possible."

Aurum right now is emanating a terrifying killing aura.

"This guy's is crazy! Screw it I'm outta here!"

"W-why did we do this?"

"Aaahhh! Run! He's gonna kill us!!!"

All of them tried to run away but was still pummeled without any resistance. His front house right now was filled with half-dead bodies lying on the road.
