Chapter 2: The First Transaction

In a civilization of human like creatures with a insect like features called Montera, there was a male who's going to be the next leader of this civilization. He was anxious because a war is brewing and his civilization is in a brink of total extinction. A war against a race which invades other planets for their own volition. This race is called Ratchech a race of tentacled monster who has an advance technologies. Most of the soldiers do not actually wants to start a war but they are forced to by their leader the Emperor Ravv.

Hekta a male Montera who's in line for succession was very sadden for the invasion and his father told him to leave the planet together with the womens, childrens, elders, and the other choosen male Montera.

"Son please take care of our race" the current leader of the Montera race said.

"Father I'll stay I'll help!" Hekta insisted. But his father told him that their race needs him more than the battlefield. After a few seconds of talking the current leader managed to convince his son to obey.

"Father..." Hekta tried to speak but he stopped after he saw his father's smile.

"Young master the ship is ready!" A fellow Montera said in a hurry.

"Let's go" Hekta commanded. As the ship existed their planets atmosphere he stared at his home planet and wished " I wish I can help."

As everything is happening Jade who visited this world is just watching in space.

He suddenly heard someone's wish and his face changed and a clear and creepy smile is seen on Jade's face.

He changed his attire to a black men's suit and a full face skull mask, he entered the spaceship in an extremely extravagant way resulting to the fear of the passengers life towards this unknown intruder. All of the male Montera were in a defense stance and some of them are ready to attack.

The young master of the Montera asked "Who are you?"

"Me? Hummmm.... I'm The Collector" Jade replied. My turn "Who are you?" Jade asked in return.

"I am the owner of this ship I'll do the asking, if you don't answer my next questions I'll kill you!" he explained in a bit of anger while hiding his fear for the unknown being.

Jade just said " You? Kill me? A low level being like you? Hahahahaha such a funny idea you have, anyway I'll do the asking."

"No I will!" Hekta replied in a raging expression.

But he suddenly stopped because Jade let out an imaginable amount of aura and bloodlust although Jade is only showing 2% of his original bloodlust it is enough to scare all of the present Montera to the point of kneeling.

Then Jade asked "I'll asked again who are you?"

Because of what just happened the fear was still clearly seen on their face. Hekta without a choice answered the question of this being.

"I'm am Hekta Monta the young master of the Montera race and next in line for the throne." He answered while trembling in fear.

Jade who's watching them trembling in fear was in a felt bit of uncomfort, Jade then said "Don't worry I won't kill nor hurt you."

After a while of silence Hekta broke the silence saying "A..Are you sure?, your not trying to hurt us?" He asked while in a dazed for what this being said.

"I am sure" Jade replied.

Hekta and the other Montera felt a bit of relief. Then Hekta asked "Then what are you doing here?"

"What am I doing here? I'm here to fulfill your wish" Jade casually replied.

Hekta was confused for a bit then asked again "What wish?"

Jade then laughed and said " You can't remember? You said this sentence " I wish I can help"

Hekta frozed because he knew that he recently said that but what bugs him is why is this being named "The Collector" trying to help him.

Jade smiled inwardly and said "Let me properly introduce myself" then he cleared his throat and countinued "My name is #@"*6√%£§" as he said that all of the Montera felt fear again, Thier body begin to turn stiff but they regain control over their body after the name was said, then Jade continued "But you can call me "The Collector" I'm a god that fulfill the wishes of different beings mortal and immortal for something in exchange, any being can also buy items from me. Simply put I like to collect."

Then Hekta asked out of curiosity "What is the word something in exchange means? is it money like gold or silver? Or is it an item?"

"No and Yes, I don't accept mortal money, but I accept items like artifacts"

"Is there anything else I can exchange Mr. Collector" as they converse the entire Montera race eventually calmed down.

"Yes there is"

"Mr. Collector may I asked what is It"

Then Jade replied "Things like your soul, body parts, and even your entire body but don't worry it depends on your wish and one more thing sometimes I accept memory as payment"

"Then you can fulfill my wish?"

"Yes I can, be it turning you into a god or even a complete rule over every race in your universe just name it and I'll decide what I want in exchange"

"No no no...Mr. Collector I'm not that greedy, what I want is power! Power that can help my people...power that can defeat the intruders"

"That's greed Mr..Hekta greed for power in a good way at least, but I'll grant you that wish"

"Then Mr. Collector what is the payment you want?"

Jade stopped for a moment to think before replying "Your child"

Hekta and the others was taken a back and he asked "Sorry my lord maybe I miss heard it, can you repeat it?"

"No you've heard what I Said"

"Mr. Collector what do you mean about my child?"

"I want to take your child as my subordinate"

"Um.... At this point Hekta cannot think of anything to reply"

"Don't worry I'll take her after she turned 100"

"Her?" He asked in surprise.

"Oh yeah you don't know yet, sorry for the spoiler. So yeah your first child will be a girl"

"Spoiler what does that word mean? Does it mean the future? Hekta asked inwardly"

"Umm Mr. Collector will my child be safe?"

"That's up to me to decide" Hekta heard Mr. Collector's words and he felt a sense of anger but he did not dare to show it.

"Here is the contract" Jade gave Him a pice of paper with the Montera writing on it.

Hekta read it thoroughly and he felt fear for a second after reading a very specific part of the contract it said "Any form of attack direced to the Collector after this contract is signed is a form of disapproval and can be punished. Any form of not fulfilling the content of the contract will be and can be punished. Any form of breach in the contract will be punished."

He then continued to read and then again he felt fear after he read the so called punishment it says "Punishment can be the signers death physically and spiritually. Death of your world, your entire race, and even death of your entire bloodline. Lastly it can bea Curse whether a curse for your entire world, race, and bloodline" It depends on the heaviness of the breach.

He then thinks for a moment before signing. Then he said to his fellow Montera "We'll win"

Jade then smiled again said inwardly "I hope you use it for good" before saying "I give you absolute control over the bodies of your enemy, absolute control over any objects you wish to control, and lastly complete control over the animals you desire to control." Then at Jade's hand a purple light emitted blinding everyone. Jade said "I give you the power of manipulation, this power's name is "The Kings Authority".

Hekta felt an unbelievable amount of power from his body his body emitted purple light then he told himself inwardly" Do not anger Mr. Collector do not breach the contract." He felt fear and respect to Mr. Collector he sensed how powerful Mr. Collector is but he can't sense the limit of his power.

He then said "Mr. Collector where are you going to now?" Hekta wants to know if Mr. Collector has any plans of staying and if he does he will arrange a feast but surprisingly Jade said " No I have nowhere to go, but I'll watch first before leaving and don't bother inviting me for a feast remember I'll return 100 years later."
