"Mom, I want ice cream!"

"There is no ice cream."

"But I want ice cream, Mom!"

Hwang Ian kept whining at his mother---Lee Emma---to get ice cream. The seven-year-old boy even tugged at the bottom of the mother's shirt while still whining.

"Mom! I want ice cream!"

Ian's initially low whimper turned into a loud scream, making visitors who happened to be there turn to the mother and child. Emma quickly apologized to the visitors, who fortunately understood and responded with a smile.

"Hwang Ian! Why did you have to scream like that?" Emma asked, looking intently at the child.

"Because you didn't respond to me!" Ian replied, crossing his small arms in front of his chest. He's getting upset now.

Emma sighed after hearing her son's answer. "You just ate ice cream yesterday, so now you can't get it, understand?"

"But i want an ice cream! Chocolate ice cream!"

"Don't you remember John's message? Your teeth are broken, so don't eat ice cream too often, okay?"

"But I want an ice cream," said Ian in a low voice.

Emma growled in annoyance that Ian was fussing to buy ice cream. The woman then looked for a way for the child to stop asking for ice cream, until an idea came to her mind.

"Ian, instead of buying ice cream, what if we buy watermelon? Then mom will make watermelon salad and watermelon ice, ok?"

The look on Ian's face that was originally upset turned into a look of confusion. Watermelon Salad?

He had never eaten watermelon salad, not even his mother had made it before. But for ice watermelon, he often eats it. The fruit that contains a lot of water will be cut into triangular pieces by the mother, after which it is put into the freezer until it freezes.

"Want it or not?" asked Emma, who was immediately answered by a nod of the child's head. She smiled because her attempt to make the child not buy ice cream was successful. "Yes, we are looking for fruit."

"I want!" Ian replied excitedly.

A big smile adorned Emma's pretty face when she saw Ian, who was enjoying her homemade watermelon salad. She took out of the envelope a few pictures. The photo is of a man and a blonde woman. Emma knew the man was her husband, Hwang Jason. In the photo, Jason is hanging out with her. In addition, one of the photos has the inscription If the picture was taken today.

The flames of jealousy instantly burned Emma after seeing the photos. She was very upset to find that her husband was having an affair with another woman. The household has only been running for eight years, but the husband is actually playing with other women behind him.

Hwang Jason. You're playing with the wrong guy! Just watch, I'll finish you off!

The atmosphere of Hwang Jason's residence tonight was already very quiet, because the boy who was the culprit of the commotion in the house was already asleep in his room. While Ian has entered into his dream world, the two children's parents are still awake while doing their respective activities. Jason was seriously reading a book on his bed, while Emma was doing a facial treatment in front of her dressing table mirror. Emma occasionally glanced at her husband through the mirror, the man looked calm even though he had cheated on her.

Emma then moved from her dressing table chair and approached her husband. "Is your business partner a young woman?" he asked.

"No, he's a man," Jason replied as he greeted his wife, who sat on his lap. "Why do you suddenly ask like that?" His hand was raised and then he caressed the wife's long mane so intensely.

"Why? Shouldn't I ask? You keep asking me what I've been doing all day and who I've met. So, wouldn't it hurt if I did that to my husband too?"

Jason responded to Emma with a smile. Although he looks so calm now, unbeknownst to his wife, he was feeling nervous. He suspected that his wife knew what he was doing behind the back of the woman he had been married to for eight years.

"By the way, Ian said something to me this afternoon," Emma said. She is now very sure that her husband is lying to her right now, just waiting for the right time before he drops a big bomb on her.

"What did Ian say?"

Emma approached Jason's ear and whispered something that made the man's face red.

"So, do you want to do it tonight?" asks Jason.

"Of course."
