11 Diary 11: Aquos

Min Soo froze as he senses David's eyes slowly approaches his bronze orbs, David is expecting Min Soo's honest answer. Min Soo widens his mouth, expecting that he will be able to answer him but none of his answers come out. He wants to return to Seoul, the place where he thrives on his career.

For Min Soo, his career and money are everything he needs to beat his parents in his places. He wants to outshine them to gain independence, for Min Soo his popularity and money are the only way to silence his discrediting parents.

The no-good parents told him that his singing is useless. Discrediting his efforts when he's accepted in an agency, he hates it all.

Min Soo clenches his fist when he remembers the nasty things that happened to him, the man next to him is still gazing at his bronze orbs curiously and waiting for Min Soo's response.

"I don't know if I ever told you this before" Min Soo sighs. "But I'm an Idol, a singer in the place where I came from".

David seems to be interested, he silently nods as he listens to Min Soo's tales of his journey in Seoul.

"I am an Idol that everyone likes, I sing because it is my job" Min Soo crumples the edges of his clothes. "That's why I need to come back and make sure my career is alright".

"What if it's not?" David asks the crucial question. "Remember, time works different for each world, it may be two days in here and in your place perhaps two years has passed".

David drops the bomb, he's right about the fact that time might works differently in Min Soo's world, the Idol drops on his knees. As he drops his knees, something that Min Soo hides is visible for David to see.

David's navy eyes gaze upon coin-shaped baldness on Min Soo's hair. The K-pop Idol is delved into despair to even notice that his baldness was seen by David.

David pokes Min Soo, telling him to get up from the ground since the people around him are glancing toward Min Soo's strange behavior. Min Soo sighs and obliges to David's commands, half of his soul gone knowing that the chance of him coming back to his hometown is small.

Seeing how dispirited the Idol is, David stands up and drags the lifeless idol somewhere else.

"Huh? David? Where are you-".

"Just follow me" David urges Min Soo to follow along.

Min Soo nods as he lets himself be led by David, they once again exit Arachnesia to an open field. David tells Min Soo to open his grimoire to attack him. Min Soo gasps as he shakes his head vigorously, the man is asking too much for that.

"Wait, what do you mean attack-".

"Just read the runes on your book and focus your concentration on me" David orders him straightforwardly.

Min Soo swallows his saliva as he opens the grimoire on his hand, he flips on the first page and reads the runes. The moment he speaks, the grimoire on his hand floats, and a magic sigil is formed in front of him, a light blue colored sigil. Both Min Soo and David are astonished at that sudden development.

"Aquasprangu!" Min Soo yells.

As soon as he utters the spell names, a stream of water burst from the sigils, aiming at David who is standing still in front of him. The man dodges from the water burst and immediately blocks it with the fiery flame sword that he unsheathed. The fire is slowly burnt down from the burst of water, making David cornered quite a bit.

Min Soo sees how David's expression is in peril, the man immediately closes his grimoire. After that, the sigil stops showing and the water also stops. Drenched in water, David flips his blonde hair, somewhat surprised with the display of magic the Idol shows him.

David walks toward the panicked Idol, Min Soo bows his head apologizing for what he did.

"No, it's fine" David taps Min Soo's shoulder. "It's my fault for not seeing that coming, I need more sword practice then".

Since his clothes are drenched, they decide to call it a day and return to David's mansion. Min Soo follows closely behind David, somewhat enamored by the sights of David drenches in water. The droplets of water that rest itself on his sharp jawline before it falls to the ground entranced the Idol.

Min Soo may be handsome, but his face is not that manly as he thought. His face is more too cute rather than manly, despite that he's still famous among his fans. Perhaps, the most popular member of all Mystica members combined. Sometimes the more he stares at David, the more he's self-conscious of his lack of sharp jawlines.

Even Taemin has more masculine features than the Idol Min Soo. After they arrive at the mansion, the maids are expecting him. As if they're ready, they're efficient moves fast and prepares David a new clothes to change to. Such is the life of a rich man, even Min Soo never lives this luxurious, to begin with.

David gets in his room, he told Min Soo to sit tight on the sofa. While waiting for the man, the Idol sits on the maroon sofa nervously. He's screwed up big times, he attacked the person who saves his arses despite his kindness in letting the stray Idol stay in the mansion. After the man exits the room with new black clothes, he merely smiles

The man pats Min Soo's head as he then sits on across Min Soo with a pleasant look.

"That is amazing, you possessed the power Aquos element" David sounds as if he's overjoyed with the fact that the Idol possessed a power. "Even if you're a foreigner from the other world, it is as I thought! You're chosen by the Gods".

David's maid comes with a tray, presenting two cups of tea. The man explains that it's a Darjeeling Tea, it will help him to calm his nerves. Min Soo sips a little bit of the tea, feeling relaxed. However, the moment he sips the tea, the Idol lost his consciousness. Dizziness conquers his mind as the man's vision blurred.
