GOOD GIRL
Neegan shoved Anna in his office and locked the door behind him.
He was a completely different man now . He was no longer the man who had been flirting with her since the moment she had arrived in the ranch.
He was angry and she could see it she regretted asking him to talk about business now that he wanted to .
"Sit ",he said and Anna didn't even question it she just sat down .
Neegan threw some books towards Anna and just started at her .
She took one of the books and opened it and it looked like a book they used for their inventory .
"What am I doing with this ?",she asked as she closed the book and sat back in her chair .
She was not going to let him see that he intimidated her .
"That book has all the shipments we have done fir the past decade and never once have the products decreased until the past three months .",he said as she stood up and started pacing around the room.
"Do you know how much money we have lost in the past months ?",he asked Anna .
She didn't know what to say because there was no possible way ye expected her to know the answer that but she answered him anyways .
"A couple of millions ",Anna said and Neegan chuckled .
He didn't look happy though ,he was mocking her answer .
"We have lost four hundred million dollars Anna . That is alot if money considering we take the products from someone else who at the end of the day wants to be paid . They do not care if there is no market they just want their money ",he sat on the table looking at Anna .
"Suarez has made my suppliers think I can not control my people because they thought it was one of my guys that was selling the drugs without my knowledge. I have killed some of my workers because I thought they were the ones who were going behind my back ",Neegan muttered as he stood up and got back to his chair .
"What do you want ,all I've heard you say is how your business has been ruined . How does this involve me ?",Anna asked him .
"He uses your company to transport his goods ",Neegan shrugged his shoulders has he said this .
"Yes but we just started doing that . He was not using our company before ",Anna said .
How had they somehow ended up in this shit show . If anything she wanted to be far away from this people but she knew they would never let her just go like that .
They wanted something from her an dshe Kew very well that they would get it at the end of the day .
"I know that I do my homework .How about you work for me ?",Neegan asked Anna and she couldn't help herself but laugh .
He had to be joking . She couldn't help but laugh . The look on his face told her that he was not joking .
Neegan sat back and just watched as Anna took in the information that he had told her . She such a pretty face to go to waste .
"What if I say no ?",she asked him.
"Why would you say no ? There is alot if money in this and by working with me tire going to get alot of contacts that are going to boost your business",Neegan said and Anna tried to reason with him.
"There are lots of people who are looking for a company that will help them ship their items . This is not the first time your company is doing something like this . I have been honest with you and told you what I do upfront . There won't be any surprises",Neegan said .
The more Anna thought about it the more the idea sounded more appealing to her .
One thing was stuck in her mind though ,Suarez .
How was she going to manage doing business with the both of them considering how much they hated each other ?
"How am I going to manage working with both you and Suarez at the same time ?",Anna asked him and Neegan chuckled .
"Who said you're going tiw rock with the both of us . You can't always have everything and I told you this game only has one player ,the field isn't big enough for the both of us ",Neegan said .
"I just can't drop him like that ,he was my client first ",Anna said scoffing .
"A client who lied to you and put you in a mess like this . Do you think I enjoy giving you options to choose from ?",Neegan asked her .
"Seems like you do ",Anna said .
"That's besides the point ,that's not how you do business with someone . When you want to have safe transactions with someone you tell them the truth so incase something goes wrong they do not blame you . He didn't do that ,he lied so that he could get what he wanted . I wont do anything to you but my partners aren't going to be happy ",Neegan said as she sat back and watched Anna as she started thinking .
Who did she owe loyalty to ?
It wasn't either of the men that were trying to work with her . Neegan was right though .Suarez had done nothing but betray their trust by lying to them over and over again about important things .
"What are you doing to do to him ?",Anna asked him.
"You shouldn't trouble your pretty brain with thoughts like those . I will handle it . This has nothing to do with you ,he was the one who messed up ",Neegan said as he stood up and stood where Anna was seated .
Anna knew that he was right , Suarez had made bad choices in his own without thinking about the consequences that followed .
She had to do something that was going to benefit her and the company but she needed time .
"Can I go think about this and give you an answer in the morning ?",she asked him .
"No we have business to attend to in the morning,you need to make your decision right now ",Neegan said as he stared at her intensely.
"Okay I'll work with you ",she said .
"You didn't even need a second to think about that did you ?",Neegan asked her chuckling .
"Well my husband is the owner of the company I need to consult him about certain things before I make such a decision ",Anna said as she stood up ready to leave .
"You're the one who is here not him ",Neegan said as he stared at Anna's lips .
"Yeah I have made the decision haven't I ?"Anna sksd him and noticed his gaze in her lips . He looked up and his eyes locked in with hers and she could see the list behind them.
"Yeah ,like a good girl ",Neegan said as his lips collided with Anna's.
