First punch

She woke up.

Her head laid on his chest so comfortably but now it rolled slowly as her eyes twitched , it was obvious she was about gaining consciousness. 

As they opened up , she tilted her head upwards to look at him. He looked perfectly innocent in his sleep. Just like a baby. 

She smiled.

Taking her eyes away from him, they caught sight of something above them. It was the black gluey cloud he had spoken of but he never said it would be that amazing to the eyes.

It amazed her.

She sat up slowly, observing the magnificent structure. It laid so peacefully above them.

' A protective shield. '

She thought as her eyes glowed like a child who had just encountered a new discovery. Soon her right hand left the bed , heading upwards just to get a feel . It got close enough. She was almost doing it,

"What are you doing?"

She felt his hard grip on her hand , pulling it down .
