" I can't believe she said all that to me"

Stace said as he sat on his office chair, slowly.

"She's hurt. Of course she will say such words"

Walter replied to him almost immediately.

"Did you see her eyes? The way she.. looked at me.. like she... hated me or something. I was only trying to protect her"

Stace added.

"But we both know she is right"

Walter told him , as he rested his back on the chair he sat.

"Right about what?"

Stace asked immediately. He watched Walter sigh for a bit with his eyes fixed on him.

" Come on..what exactly do you want from the girl? You want to keep her safe and away from our world of danger , do you not realize she has to move on? Date a human? Live a human life as possible and have some human babies? It's almost like you don't even know what you want. You want her away from you but don't want her with anyone else?"

Walter said to him.
