CHAPTER SEVEN:MY MONEY WORTH 27 MILLION

Vincent was in a daze when he left Leo's office.

You should be ashamed for bringing this outfit here. Sebastian's voice rang in the lobby making Vincent halt in his tracks.

How can I be ashamed when you're not? He asked sarcastically as he turned to face him.

What should I be ashamed of apart from you being my brother's friend? He asked feigning a polite expression and Vincent eyed him in amusement.

You're just jealous cause you'll never find another like me anywhere. He said proudly and Seb scoffed.

I'll be damned if you were my friend Mr. Clava. Seb said nonchalantly as he dusted an invisible dust off his clothes.

He was about to retort when Leo suddenly opened the door and stepped out.

With a glance he just knew that they were arguing but still remained indifferent and announced.

Martinelli wants us to visit.

Aww matty. I've really missed her. Vincent said fondly causing Seb to cringe.

You ain't coming with us ok. She invited her family. He said provokingly.

She loves me and it's enough for me. Vincent replied in a mocking tone.

That's your delusion Vincent. It doesn't exist. He explained.

Why do you always try to hurt my feelings? Vincent asked with a dramatic hurt expression.

Because you snatched away my girlfriend. He answered with an annoyed look.

How's that my fault if you were ugly at that time? Vincent asked defensively.

You have no shame at all Vincent and never talk about looks yeah? I'm very secure about how I look ok. He said arrogantly and Leo sighed in frustration.

Martinelli never said you should squabble before coming. He said and they both bacame silent.

Can't you guys stop it?My ears hurt from all the noise. He added with a pained expression and walked away.

The two glared at each other and started following him silently.

I'll drive. Seb announced once they reached the parking lot.

There are so many things I ain't done yet. Vincent said politely.

Oh you don't trust me bro? He said as he looked at Leo hopefully.

I'm only 25. Leo said simply and opened the driver's seat door.

He was about to say something again when he saw his brother staring daggers at him.

I know. He surrendered and sat at the backseat while Vincent sat at the passenger seat.

The trio were riding in a comfortable silence when Seb decided to ruin it.

I was thinking of buying Gwen this new limited edition Gucci bag. I'm sure she'll forgive me once she learns the price. He said and Leo glanced at him indifferently.

What's the price? Vincent asked curiously.

It's 27 million. He announced proudly and Leo suddenly hit the brakes, startling all of them.

What's wrong? Vincent asked with a terrified expression.

Did you say you're using my money Worth 27 million to buy a bag for your girlfriend? Infact you're ex girlfriend? He asked with his eyes dangerously narrowed.

Seb gave him a questioning look and asked in disbelief.

I will probably do worse if you answer my question wrongly. He replied coldly causing Seb to shrink back into the seat.

He gave out an awkward laugh and tried to redeem himself.

I was just suggesting because you're generous. He said politely.

Leo said as he started the car again then added.

I've seen you're really wasting my money so I'm cutting all you're finance till you complete your final year.

Seb shrieked I'm fear and disbelief. Even Vincent was speechless but realized he deserved it anyway.

Well that's up to you. You can perhaps sell some of your accessories?? Leo suggested with an innocent expression.

That's sick. Vincent mumbled, avoiding eye contact with either of them.

Seb continued wailing and whining throughout the rest of the journey.

He actually cried and so his eyes were red and puffy when they arrived at Martinelli's Villa .

Martinelli is a lovely and kind middle aged woman.

She never got married but adopted the Baptiste brothers when their parents died.

She has a charity foundation and is quite busy but that never stopped her from showering them with affection and love they needed.

Although they're not her own children,she loves them wholeheartedly.

Did Leo bully you again? She asked gently with concern when she saw seb's puffy eyes. He sniffed pitifully and hugged her.

Brother cut my finance Matty. He announced causing Matty to raise an eyebrow when they broke the hug.

I know Leo won't do that without any reason.

She said thoughtfully and went to sit down on the couch.

I really didn't do anything that bad. He said defensively and leo happened to be coming in and overhead him.
