Different From The Rest
After Alex cleared the balcony where he had dinner with Vanessa and did the dishes, he went to his bedroom to freshen up so he could sleep, but all attempt to sleep was futile.
He was unable to sleep because of the disturbing thoughts of Vanessa's naked body that kept dancing in his mind.
Alex got off the bed and picked up his laptop as he made his way to his study, deciding to spend his time doing something more productive.
Just as he opened the door to the study, Buddy suddenly barked, causing him to turn around. He watched as Buddy raced to the door just seconds before it opened.
Sophia walked in looking very exhausted, but not too tired to bend down and play with the dog.
"Did you stay up waiting for me?" Sophia asked with concern when she raised her head and noticed Alex watching her from the doorway of the study.
